Eyy I bet you are here cause you're presenting this kind of speech soon, just wanna say good luck, may you be successful at presenting it.
To the people who got extreme anxiety, there are a lot of various reasons why you got that fear and I don't know what's the cause of yours, but I just wanna say that yes, it is tough, but you will not regret being brave in this situation, the reward for your braveness will be very overwhelmingly good. I know it is cliche to say this but stop overthinking, relax, clear your mind, focus on what you're going to do instead of what others will think of you and you'll be fine.
I don't know if this works on you but ask yourself on why you are afraid of it, is the reason actually worth to be afraid of?

What a confident young lady. take out all the "um" s and it would have been perfect
+pwetty4r4 the tone of her voice is okay and she has a great vocabulary, though some of the words aren't correctly and clearly pronounced . Still, her delivering is amazing.

Simply straight-to-the-point, which is excellent. Overall a great speech that glides through logic with ease; it was very smart of her to avoid digression and sticking to her guts. If anything I wish could've been better, a more fruitful introduction would've been nice.
