With AN3 bolts, their torque rating is 1.6 to 2 ft-lb of torque and, at the time I recorded this video, I didn't have a torque wrench that was accurate at that setting (I did try with the one I had, but it wasn't consistent and I didn't trust that the nuts were torqued properly). I have since purchased a light weight torque wrench that can accurately measure down to 20 in-lb (1.66 ft-lb).
