This is perfection! The Thing head with the real hair! The Macready outfit, the likeness to Kurt Russell. Man, this has got to be a centerpiece in anyone's collection! The petri dish big and small are a nice touch! To answer your question at the beginning of the video, I can't really say there is one actor that really stands out these days who is a successor to the 80s action stars. Chris Pratt, Henry Cavill, Keanu Reeves, Denzel Washington, and Tom Cruise perhaps? The problem with half those names is some of those guys are getting up there in age. And of those only a couple actors out there give off that every man vibe. It's really hard to beat Kurt Russell and his iconic roles from the 80s. Snake, Jack, Macready... no one compares to him really.

This is absolutely amazing. Brother I know what you mean about having to sacrifice other pieces to be able to afford another one. I've been a 1/6 figure/statue/model collector all my life but mostly the last 37 years. This articulated type (hot toys type) has been the one I haven't dabbled it because I just couldn't afford to do it all. I would give my left hand for one of these, but since I'll never get access to one I might just have to settle for the mono release, even though it pales in comparison to this. Thanks for sharing.
