The last tune is called 'Ramund den unge' (/'Ramund hin unge') and is the tale of a warrior who slew seven giants and then went to pick a fight with the emperor. The emperor begged for his life, offering Ramund his youngest daughter as well as half of his empire. Ramund didn't accept the offer because his will was to take it by force. He then grabbed his sword called Dymlingen and chopped off the emperor's head which flew fifteen miles. "I thought it didn't bite," said Ramund And yet the blood keeps pouring," said Ramund the young.
Dear Mirko. This channel means a lot for me. Do you collect music from your subscribers (mp3?) ?. I have at least 1 album of forgotten Polish medieval ensemble that could be posted here.
@@MusicaMedievale Excellent! I will reach you after I transfer audio from casette tape to some audio format. I am not certain about quality as it has not been played since 90s.
Dear collegues Francello & Gonzalo. What do you want me to do? The deal is to enrich collection of Mirko. As I have to make transfer from cassette I do not expect good quality. Do you want to recieve recordings on your emails or you are interested to hear this recordings on Mirkos' channel?
I believe this is a classic European "bear dance" which was very common then, a man would dress up in a bear suite and dance around in the tavern. Alternatively, this looks like a boar feeding her babies...

Can i have our source for the illustration of the video ? They are amazing
In the description, just above the Facebook link:
"Video: Flute and Tabor players from many manuscripts from the XIIth to the XIVth century."
I would have preferred an image of something else other than bear bating. Can this be changed please?

Sarà bella la nostra di epoca invece, dove nemmeno la musica è affascinante.
