The only guaranteed way of doing this in your first attempt is to shoot down the helo commander. That boss’ loot ALWAYS has the encrypted drive.
Not necessarily i shot him down and he only got classified documents
Destroy supplies contracts reveal safe locations
The only thing about these missions is the rng 😭
