    Just joined 24hrs ago and im learning sooo much. I dont even know how to see the analytics on substack yet and am working on writing my first post. ❤ Love watching /listening to this as my 1-2yr milestone

    Thank you for being honest and up front about this. I’ve been avoiding writing or filming about how I’ve found success as an artist, mostly because I don’t feel like a “success”, but success to me is relative. I live alone and support myself solely. That should be shared, regardless if I’m making millions. People don’t want my philosophical ramblings, and that’s been hard to swallow lol. I need to get it together and accept what people do want to learn and read about!

    A video with every dimension and format of every parameter of all of the upload feature in one place would have saved me five hours and and few grey hairs 😫

    Thank you for such a detailed, transparent overview! I just created my substack and now my head is kind of buzzing 😋 To be honest, I have no idea what to center my content on...

      It's tough! I feel like it's such an evolution. We're not our niches, so it's also natural to evolve with the kind of work we want to achieve in our writing lives. Some of my favorite substacks aren't super niche: they're more like public diaries of their creators rather than hyperspecific topics, and this variety of one person's perspective is more interesting in the long run.
