Flame is still good because of the damage it deals. For PVE it is best rn and ok for pvp since the damage on it is still high and the newest 3 star is hard to avoid with modifiers.
Well it's true that the eclipse kick + contractor combo is op, but the rest of the mantras are good and fun to fight against, like now shade bringer is sync with the anims and shadow gun is easy to parry, and eclipse kick on his own isnt that good, even the spark variant is mid, you can parry the second kick, wich make it useless against somone who has a F key and a brain. Btw you can vent off the contractor combo, and you get hard countered by it cuz you main gale, wich is a "presure" type of atunment, you will try to hit as much and as fast as posible, wich is easily predictable by equilizer.
Shade wisp exists, two hit no parry stun shadow eruption exists, spark variant eclipse kick mixups exist, hero blade of shadow exists, spring spark shadebringer exists, each mantra stealing ether AND tempo gotta be a joke, rising shadows unclear parry timing is a joke too, blood shadow into judgment exists also pressure attunements actually COUNTER equalizer since there is windup on equalizer and if u get hit like once you cant do anything untill your enemy gets off of you. The only thing that is currently more broken than this absolutely fucking busted attunement is Scrapsinger path that makes you lose all your armor before you get to half hp, wchich makes you take on average +40% dmg
The only time I'm having fun in chime and actually feel the need to say "glhf", and "gg" is when I'm fighting any flamecharm users. The mfs know their attunement aint in the bets spot, but that won't stop them from enjoying the game. Then you got those other types that think flame is the meta, but complain about gale and frost after losing back to back.
Ngl i dont understand the theatrics performed by flame users sometimes(weird move where they jump and then slam into ground with fire) as if that shit is ever going to land.
@@Champ_7298 Reverse flame leap? I only use that move to through off my opponent with a mantra cancel. If you upgrade it with glass stones it's range is actually pretty big.
i just did random attun off start got thunder and it was my main since, glad they added surge it made me switch back to thunder from gale and its actually fun to use now
