i always get so tripped up at the thresher tail whip, but i finally realized from seeing your slow mo that the parry timing isn't when it's at the peak of its turn, its like .2 seconds into the tail actually striking you, so it's always cutting it really close
your mistake is predicting. you should NEVER predict something. lets take crocs as an example, when it raises its head it's gonna attack 3 times,his hands 2 times etc etc. you cant go "oh he didnt do (attack) for a long time, hes gonna do it now!".

For the thresher there is a cheese method in a certain range where the attack can't hit you but you can. 1. After it burrows up you need to party the next attack first 2. Slowly walk backward leaving a two person gap between you and the thresher 3. If the next attack does not hit your parry, congrats 4. The three attacks have different range bite have shortest, slap have mid range and tail swipe have longest range 5. If the tail can't hit you just spam M1
There is a sweet sweet spot where no attack can reach you, though you need a weapon with a longer range to attack them while doing this. Not really exploitable since it is hard to achieve or else it will start moving towards you and you need a spear (also the fact that at any moment it might burrow)
bro the angels have way more attacks they do this thing with their eyes which damages me, i take a bit of damage every couple of seconds due to a move of theirs, they dash with their spears, etc.
i used to not be able to kill the tresher too but i stopped playing deepwoken and when i came back i started killing treshers randomly without getting hit even once
Bro idk if I'm just that unlucky but angels have been so difficult. They do this thing where they reveal their eyes or whatever and stun me, one of them is usually elemental too. Always ganking me also the thresher is just so difficult for no reason bro. What's most difficult is that when it's doing its attacks it like phases into me and glitches my camera out making it impossible to see its next attack. The threshers attacks also feel delayed for me especially the bites idk why bro 🤦♂️🤦♂️
The thresher was really annoying for me too until I learned some things after trying again and again. For the swipes and bite, you have to parry them super late. If you take posture damage instead of getting a parry, you did it too early. Another tip for the swipes, the second swipe is a bit slower than the first. As for the camera bug, after the thresher pops out of the ground, just walk backwards until you're at a comfortable distance to parry.

Never give up. It took me an hour of constantly spawning in mini to finally get used to the sharko moveset. Keep looking for signs of the moves and develop your timing until you can parry with your eyes closed
for a build that needs you to go 90 fortitude first before leveling up other stats. It's so you can get higher chance of getting fortitude related talents.

for some reason thresher is the easiest mob in the game to me it feels its easier than the sharko enforcer golem and angels

For me it was too but trust me, just try it and you will be able to do it eventually. It's just muscle memory

If your more new just parry 1st slash and block second. Usually best way but you must be careful not to get your guard broken.
