I'm 61 so I watched the animated show The Three Stooges after both Curly and Shemp passed Joe Besser took over yrs later Joe Besser left then Joe Darita came on the animated series came on back in '64-69 then Larry Fine had a stroke and died in 1970

Watch the bit with Vernon Dent, looks like he invented the twist long before Chubby Checker. Bud Jameson and Vernon Dent were great foils for the stooges , they were always on the recieving end of some abuse, but they always made us laugh the hardest.
