What's also facinating is that Loom makes zero attempt to counter all the negative comments here... it is as though Loom Customer Support (if there is such as thing) is saying "yeah, we know that you're not going to get support, but oh, well... that's how we roll." So, if you've landed on a this video looking for said "help", you are only going to find communal commiseration.
In my experience, Loom is one of the worst saas I have ever used. Tons of problems and bugs. Example: - Mics not compatible - Audio not recorded on google meet (the worst is that you don't realize it until you are done recording) - Passwords getting reset randomly - Recordings lost if you are not connected - Loom not working on second screen - Customer service giving you Microsoft style support (such as please restart your computer...) - And much more. On top of all this, the service is very expensive ! 15$/month/user !! I don't recommend at all. I'm switching back to snag it

For free, sure, great - you got what you paid for. As a paid service, you will ultimately be left hanging. There is no support. Were I to do this again, I would not use Loom. You've been warned.
As a business manager this is exactly how I DON'T want loom to work. I get that you need something "fun" or hip looking for your ad, but the "you go girl" and all those kind of loose comments only distracts from the work that needs to get done. Slippery slope. Email bogs down business. Meetings for the sake of meetings ruin business. Cute comments for the sake of cute comments, distract. Instead I want someone saying "Hey, I'm summing up what these docs mean... thanks." (In other words, let me save you an hour of looking over these docs...but if you need to analyze them, here they are!") But what do I know? I'm not hip. I just think the ad doesn't serve the company well to show a real use-case scenario. It just made a cute girl look cute and an effeminate man look typically annoying.@@Bruno-sg2wx

In short- the ad looks beautiful, but the 'test case' shown here isn't effective it actually just worried me that the product can be easily misused.

never ever use this Loom, it just deleted all my videos which I have spent so much time on. They just don't save and there is no customer support
