No wins, only losses when collector coins are cleaned. Just don't do it no matter how tempted you are. Collectors and dealers don't want cleaned coins. Sometimes they pay more for tarnished coins with a look reflective of the age of the coin

I thought it worked really well though i did change to limescale remover rather than liquid toilet cleaner. It made my coin very shiny like new rather than rusty Although it didn't remove everything and it did turn the coin slightly pink in color. So not 100% accurate but does clean the coin to an extent.

Right like that toothpick and toothbrush isn't scratching that coin. And I can't imagine what toilet bowl cleaner is doing to it, lol. I think I'd be pissed if I did this and didn't know better. I'm looking to clean and preserve my coins value. This most certainly will not do it. Might make is shiney and pretty, but under that all the scratches will be seen under the microscope for sure.

You don't clean old coins. The dirt is an integral part of old coins. By cleaning, you destroy the surface. Collectors can see if the surface is destroyed from normal use or from cleaning. After cleaning, the collector value of the coin drops to zero. This video is a lie. I hope people don't follow it.
