Whenever we have to repeat same work out daily or can I do variety of work out. Doing different work out will it help for weight loss. All these work out include cardio so whether separate time is required for cardio. Please guide me how to plan & how to choose work out. Love you from India
You can do a variety or the same one for a period of time, it's really up to you. If weight loss is your main goal, you do need plenty of cardio, but a combination of cardio and strength training would be ideal. You can either combine the two in one session or have a cardio day and a strength training day. Generally, you don't want to work the same muscle two days in a row so that you have time to recover. So working out every other day is recommended, but listen to your body and see what works. Remember, that diet is crucial to weight loss as well. Stick to whole foods like fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and lean meats. Avoid highly processed foods and foods that are fried and/or high in sugar and fat as much as possible. You will burn calories, but this is not a workout that's specifically for weight loss. It's for full body toning, strength and sculpting. If you want to gain weight, we'd suggest using heavier weights and increasing your protein intake.
Good workout but the trainer was so annoying!! Stop commenting on the models body is creepy! And please stop telling her to show other side it was so repetitive.
Nice set of exercises, BUT you do not have to be a personal trainer to see that both of them have a very bad form. Beginners - I do not recommend this video for you.

For cardio if I add rope jump daily for 20 min is it OK. Bcz I hate cardio specially running /walking . as my age is 54 now

how many days a week should I do this workout? I have chronic back pain so I can't over do it. Should I also do low impact cardio or dance cardio ?
2 times a week plus three days of cardio and one day of yoga will help you achieve your goals.
So if I do this workout 2 -3 days along with some low impact cardio or dance cardio, that is good enough?
This is a great workout but if you haven't worked out in a long time or just starting this is to advance. Start lower then come back to this.

Can you do these exercise everyday the same exact exercise everyday?
Better to skip a day to give your muscles time to recover.
This was tough. I did the whole thing with modifications. First did the true beginner workout part 1 followed by this routine.
This one is challenging but that's great that you were able to complete it with modifications! Keep it up!
