Hi Chitra , been watching your videos .... love the detailed presentation... last year I followed the same receipe and murukkus came out very well .... unfortunately this year when I dried the rice ... half way through it started raining ... can I dry it under sun tomorrow? If I do that will I get the same taste? ... kindly revert
Why does the muruku I prepared are full of bubbles? It doesn't have a smooth finish but the taste is gud, should I fried gram flour for crispy and light weight?
rice flour =5 cups.........roasted urad dhal =1cup...........cumin seeds 1 tbsp, ........ salt and asafoetida dissolved in water, .......add butter or hot oil, .....mix thoroughly.......put inside the murukku achu... heat oil in a kadai.......press the murukku.....simple. like 123
