Yeah Joseph, the GPS bolts always leave something to be desired... Regarding the key, I have found it's easier to place it on the clutch first, and then slide the clutch on the shaft. Ride safe, builder!
@@josephsaltsman2684 I went with 60 seems to be working really well for a stock 212 non hemi I'm starting to add stuff to the bike it's doing 45 now going to push for 55-60 next

Good vid bro⚡⚡⚡⚡
I need to replace mine the 75 tooth pulls a wheelie by touching throttle can't even get full throttle without trying to dump you
I was having that problem. The 60 tooth helped quite a bit. Gonna go to 50 tooth and see how fast it’ll run

That's lock tite on those threads it seems! Bolts probably need the be brushed off.
Where did you get the sprocket
Go power sports kit
link for sprocket?

How did you put the back wheel back on
Use a screw driver to line it up
Whatever u do don't put a 41 chain they suck can't handle the torque of the engine 40 chain more stronger.
It’s already better than the original 35.
41 or 420. No minibike needs a 40.
