They are typical Igbos by tribe...nothing like Igbos living in Kogi. They was carved out from part of Anambra when the state was split to add to Kogi State . That's the same way they deliberately carved part of Ebonyi State to add to Benue. All this effort by the cabal is to make South East to be small in size, to have less LGA and less representatives in the upper and lower assembly in Abuja. But the stûpid Ohaneze Ndi Igbo never have the guts to address this issue. That's the same way they split some part of Imo State to add to Rivers State.

So, the best way to put it is that Igbo territories were carved out during the creation of Kogi and Benue states. Originally, there are parts of Kogi state that ought to be in the South.
