Why are you not documenting?

  • The heart of brand storytelling is in the details. And if you have not documented, you may say the same story differently over a period of time that it begins to look like a lie-which can subtly erode brand trust.
    Also, you do not want to have a story to share and not have data (text, pictures, videos, etc) to back it up. Maybe this inspires you to start documenting.
