- We're seeing these everywhere-Canadians love wagons and hatchbacks, right?-so it was only a matter of time before we piled in and took it for a spin.
So yes, it's a nice little hatchback...but it appears as though with this car Hyundai is pricing it slightly more than the competition. Is that a deal breaker?
I've been looking to replace my 2001 Focus ZX3 for a while now. This is what I ended up getting. I tried the focus, I tried the 3, but this GT impressed the heck out of me. I went over it with a fine-toothed comb and the attention to detail throughout the GT is amazing. Another focus would have been okay, but the interior is so jumbled. The 3 was nice as well, but again, the interior turned me off. So far, this little GT has been great. The seats are to die for.

Great Show Guys! I only have two options if I want to end my lease early. My salesguy is the GM for both a Honda and Hyundai dealership. I am totally choosing this over a civic.

I was actually disappointed Hyundai isn't bring the i40 european version to North America. The other thing is the more complicated steps in folding the rear seats. Otherwise this is a great little hatch. The Mazda 3 is getting a bit long in the tooth and too common on the roads.
The Canadian version is the US version. They are the same. I'm guessing they have a different trim that changes the grill.
Judge John L. Mason ruled Nov 19 that L.A. Hyundai at LAX engaged in "concerted failure to provide warranty service and constitutional public accommodation; no anti-discrimination policy" and dealer "did not honor rights" of car owner. Hyundai refused to fix a constant vibration in a 2010 Accent and denied warranty inspection August 18, 2012 for a 2013 Accent. Hyundai never fixed the vibration. The plaintiff was awarded $724.00. Los Angeles Superior Court Inglewood Small Claims case 12S01314.

there was HUGE problems with the engines dying needing replacement with low mileage. Also a lot of people get around 22-27 mpg!
Balloons? Do you mean that they didn't festoon it with 'look at me' wheels? You must wonder how all those BMW M3s in the 80s didn't just float away! ;)
2014 Corolla is a nice car too, but it didn't do so hot in its crash testing. Disappointing!

I would much prefer a proper Elantra WAGON. More usable space. The nose on the Canadian version looks better than the US version. I hate that we got that goofy chrome grille, which looks out of place. BTW, why is there a tiny black penis dangling from the ceiling?
