Aerosoft have given this feedback upon seeing the video: - Mainly made of plastic this is mainly due to the low price we charge compared to the competitor hardware. Unfortunately, that is a compromise we had to make. As it was our main focus to offer a wheel that is affordable but obviously, we need to cover the production cost as well as make a bit of revenue. - Heavy Cargo compatibility The mentioned issues are known to us and tox2 is currently working on fixing them. - No Racing Setup compatibility that is something we haven’t considered during production and development as the main focus is still on Truck & Bus games instead of Racing games (valid point though) - Wheel is in the way of the screen that is a known issue as well and we’re currently working on a solution (probably an extra mount)
fixed rotation, no ffb configuration, digital pedals for €300... manufactured e-waste. just buy something in that same price bracket from Logitech or thrustmaster or something used. I could excuse the cheap construction if it actually had the features you need for sim driving. if they make it a modular system and sell the parts individually I could get onboard with that too.
moza currently selling the truck bundle for 550 quid , truck wheel , base (m5? i think), and pedals (no clutch) i think id go for the hori over this aerosoft one though as it looks better and has more buttons etc.. but that moza bundle at the same price as the hori system is a no brainer imho
It’s an r5 not m5! And moza blows both of these out of the water! And moza you can buy any wheel and use it on the base for other racing unlike this and the hori junk!
@@SIMRIG412 lol i understand...im the same with guitars. i most likely will go with that current moza package , but im not a sim racer , just a bloke that likes to do truck and bus sims occasionally.
I use my logitech g 29 but I would like to buy this one and also a HORI wheel. This one is for the cars (taxi life game) and hori for the bus and trucks games.
Hi i have been waiting for a review video to come out on this for ages before christmas because i want one but when you were using it then it looked like you had to turn the wheel a lot to get it to actually turn is that just the game or has the wheel got a deadzone?
As explained, with Heavy Cargo there was a large dead zone, which the developers know about, and one I couldn't change. It was totally normal with Euro Truck though.
@@GametechUK do you have any idea if it would work good in beamng drive im not really getting it for trucking or bus driving i just want a more realistic feeling because i just like cruising
I'll stick it to my G29 for longer. Easy to race with as well. Maybe get a sweet deal on a basic Aerosoft, medium Hori or get more luck 🤞🏻 on Moza. Would be fantastic if it supports PS5 out of the box. Just warm wishes 😊😊😊

There's a lot of plusses with this pack but force feedback is a huge part of realism.
Nice review Jason, and great that trucking sim fans are getting some options now on hardware at various price points. More to come I expect

It looks like trash even vs the hori. Thanks for the review.
How much is this in the uk
Overpriced imo J. Swerve it honestly. Looks cheap!
I like the plastic 👍 it is a high quality. But I can’t see the wholes for STAND fixing 😮😮 are three any ?
That's mentioned in the video.
@ yes, I fierst write then watch 😄
@ Will it work with other games such as TAXI LIFE ?
On PC, yes.
@@GametechUK you sure ?
does it work with the Taxi Life game ?
no idea why they use Xbox buttons maybe they may add support depending on sales
Will it work with such a games like TAXI LIFE ?.
Hello victor
На их сайте нет руля сейчас. И на сайте amazon тоже нет. Странно почему они не выпускают много чтобы хватило на всех. Им же выгодно продать товар.
I stick with my logitech wheel

450€ taxes and delivery included 😂😂😂
So the Force Feedback is disappointing as well? Now I feel glad I cancelled my preorder.

The main things that I don’t like are that the wheel isn’t in HORIZONTAL way , and the shifter is too genteel (delicate )
But it is packed very well 😊😊😊. not like Hori’s packing without protection 😢😢
The plastic is nice not like Hori
Shame most trucks are automatic these days
lol no they aren’t 😂
@SIMRIG412 yeah they are unless your in states im a lorry driver myself
