Im pretty impressed with this job Mike. I have seen guys use really BIG track hoes to demo a house and not make it look that easy. You did a great job with such a small machine!!
I am guessing that house did not have much of a tornado rating based on how easy it was crunched up. 1960's house next door just demolished by a far bigger machine put up a real fight - but then even then we probably had storm resistant building codes. None the less - good job for your little machine.
Looks there was a ghost opening the door at 7:55. Had to look twice. Piece had fallen against the door and opened it, then it closed when you removed the piece. Great job. Lots of patience.
You did a nice job on that Demolition Mike, and you left that jobsite looking very good. I'm glad it wasn't Smell-a-vision. Merry Christmas to You and Your Family!!
@@mikekisch5563 ahh well that makes perfect sense then! I’m fortunate to have one 20 minutes away. So I stock pile old car parts and haul em in when the price is up. New subscriber to your channel, good videos!

Nice job! Did you save the kid’s bicycle??? 😊
I was rooting for the little toy dump truck at the 22:00 mark! LOL
Beautiful job.
Hard working American getting it done....
Awesome job man! It’s fun watching demolition. Is there no scrap yard close to you? Could have maybe gotten a few bucks from the appliances and wire.
its a time thing. i have spent time separating and i dont think its worth it. round trip is 3 hours to scrap yard.
