  • Mental heath issues are important. Cycling as an activity out doors can really boost your HAPPY HORMONES making you feel better.
    In this video I talk about the 4 hormones (or neurotransmitters) which are associated with mood and mental well being.
    Dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin & Endorphins have all been scientifically identified in playing a major part in moderating and boosting your mental health.
    Doing regular activity has proven physical health benefits, but its now becoming obvious that it also benefits your mental health.
    Cycling 30 -45 minutes at regular weekly intervals, with a friend or in a group and particularly outside when the sun is shining, has been demonstrated to boost your happy hormones!
    Join me for a ride in Norfolk, from Norwich to Sheringham via the North East Coasal villages for 100km round trip, and hopefully I can entertain you and inform you more about these important hormones.
