      The beauty of a nation is not only the physical infrastructure but most importantly, it's how they treat each other and hospitality to visitors. South Africans hate their fellow blacks. They've lost it.

    I am a Cameroonian student at Wits University in Johannesburg and will tell you this: don't believe everything you hear about SA. Yes there are sometimes outbursts of xenophobia but 99 percent of South Africans are very welcoming. I lived in Cape Town which is even more beautiful than Joburg. I do not envy traveling to the US or Europe because SA has it all here on the Motherland!

    Don't go to South Africa. I went there in Sept.2019. I stayed in Johannesburg and Capetown. And now, my life here in America is ruined.. Because I really want to live in South Africa. So don't go there because it will mess with you. It will be hard for you to come back home. No where else on earth has the excitement of what you see and feel in South Africa. God did some of His best work there. I stayed less than a 30 second walk from the entrance of the Mandela Square Mall. The best part of where I stayed was the breakfast in the restaurant at my hotel. There were so many interesting people there from all over the world that I talked to. A good vibe. I was so jealous that I wasn't raised in Africa. WAlking the streets of Sandton was so exciting. Driving around and going into the gated communities, checking out the houses, like I had some money, was so fun. I asked God, why can't people live the life they want to live. Why do I have to come back to America. Why can't I just stay here. Why??? Because you aint got no money, was the response. Oh, well. At least I had enough to get a sneak peak. Capetown is breathtaking. Each morning I got up and went for a walk along the boardwalk. I walked right pass that big round white stadium that you see in the every picture of Capetown. I was told that Durban and Port Elizabeth was also very nice. Seeing South Africa is like opening Pandora's box. Your life won't be the same once you go there.

      since 1994 South Africa is tailor made for African Americans with means to start small business, develop properties, raise family. That's been kept on the downlow. otherwise it would have been a mass exodus of blacks.

    • @Cerl84
      @Cerl84 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @Gibson Ampaw African Americans can't develop the areas they live in. How would you expect those people to go to places where they have to basically start from scratch? You'll be 20 years behind the same people going to a first world infrastructure that is right there for them to take advantage of in South Africa. Those whites must be replaced by black people , or other peoples will do the logical thing. West Africa must be developed, but it can't lead the way. Let's take care of big bank first, then worry about little bank. Not the other way around.

    I’m just gonna put it out there...As a white South African I know what it is like to live in South Africa and it is honestly the best country ever. It has so much culture and beauty to it. My favourite part of it is how fun and energetic we are all together. We are known as a rainbow nation and we care for eachother. I moved to New Zealand and it’s honestly sad why they think of SA. The most often question I get asked on a daily basis is Did you guys have roofs? Do you know what TV is? Did u speak English in South Africa? Did you guys have tables and tvs in school? Did you live in houses? I hate how they treat out country because honestly moving away was the worst thing that ever happened to me. IF YOU READ THIS 😊 THANK YOU!

      @Nelskim KE, thank you, but I really don't think that we're 50 years ahead. With a good government and a population that is willing to take its responsibility in nation building and economic development; taking up meaningful entrepreneurship, I think the rest of Africa can catch up and even exceed us in the shortest possible time. After WW2, Germany infrastructure was devastated, but they rebuilt it in 10 years and today they're the strongest economy in Europe.
      In Africa we need to shed the employee mentality and more of us need to adopt entrepreneurship mentality. We have the potential to change Africa from within. I dream of a Africa that is developed.

    Our prayer in South Afrika is that our whole continent would prosper. We want the whole continent to be the envy of the world. May this inspire everyone to want to make their African country great. We can do it guys. We are the richest continent in the world. Let's get to work!

      We can achieve that only if Africsn leaders stop being dictators.
      We can achieve that only if we stop the wars and know what is the true meaning of democracy.
      I mean in some African countries a journalist can be beaten up and be arrested for reporting corruption in Government.
      We can achieve that only if we as African truely understant the meaning of Freedom of Speech.

    This video needs to go viral, especially for people in European countries who lack knowledge about Africa and think that Africa does not have the modern development and technology.

      Cammara, focus on the men. Don't import your western fetishes to Africa. We don't want competition from white (washed) women like you!

    The best thing I love about Southern Africans is they are very down to earth, meaning they're not competitive in their lifestyles.
