Lioranboard is a pretty popular tool for people who want to get more out of OBS Studio. And it now has a successor. It’s called SAMMI, which is great because a tonne of you guys kept calling it Lorian Board. Do you know how frustrating it was correcting you guys all the time? I appreciate it I was trying for ages to figure out how to make toggled sources auto turn off after they are used because I have a video that triggers when someone uses the lurk command but i always used to have to manually turn it off in obs in order for the video to trigger again , learning about the "wait for timeout command is a life saver

Hey man thanks so much for your setup guide it was super helpful to me. Just one thing to note @ 6:30 SAMMI may only support ogg files, but you can simply setup a media source in OBS (which can use MP3s), and then have a command to toggle that source on and then off. This of course requires that the command to turn source off is hardcoded in the delay field. One thing I noticed is that the queing feature doesn't work with this method, so there's pros n cons.

I've only been having issues with getting the TH-cam Super Chat triggers to work. When You go to set one it says Micro Points "10000 per cents' (Not sure what that means) Then lets you choose a minimum and a maximum but I've tried all sorts a variations like 10 100 1000 100000 1000000 10000000 but it wont seam to trigger a $10 super chat. I know you don't stream TH-cam but do perhaps know how to set the triggers?

Definitely need some more advanced guides on this. Would like to add effects for when specific people enter the chat
add button > right click button > add twitch chat trigger > in "username" add the username as the person > inside the button add what you want it to do > make the button block itself so it only happens once every time SAMMI is started.

@@SonOfWalhall hit the play sign that is in Sammi to add an action and search for "block". make sure the "block" box is checked on that action to block. Keeping it unchecked will "unblock".
Oh and the button ID must match the one your blocking

Trying to use this with channel points and voice filters, I've been watching all of your videos for the voice filters too and I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong.
I went on twitch connections and made a new reward, with the same name as my filter name first of all.
I then added a deck, a new button. Added filter change visibility (also tried toggle) and then connected it to the aux/mic source and chose the correct filter name. The channel point option is there and it pops up on SAMMI say it's been redeemed, but it doesn't change my voice like it should?
I wonder where you got the idea to make a tutorial on SAMMI. 🤔

how do you set up chapters like you have in your description? Mine just show up as the text with no thumbnails
Great video, from what I gather this is literally a combination of Touch Portal and Streamer Bot. Any idea of the resource reduction on ones system by using Sammi, as opposed to TP and SB?
SAMMI uses very little resources, but it always depends on each setup. Best you can do is to open them one by one, do some stuff and check yourself in your PC.

so if i understood well, sammi is like streamerbot and touchportal but combined in one software ?
I haven't found a way to switch decks on the mobile app. If I set a button to switch to another deck, like using pages or folders to navigate between different sets of buttons, there's an "Utility: Panel: Switch Deck" command but it only switches the deck on the desktop panel even if you trigger that button from the app, while the app remains in the original deck. I have no idea how to be able to navigate decks on the app without having to manually go into the app settings to load a different deck there.

Can you help me out on making a "Mute Mic" channel point? I'm so confused lol
Create a button. Add line to change source visibility. Select scene and source name of audio input of your mic. Set visibility check box to not checked. Then add a wait for timeout step. Then add the same step as step 1, but with the visibility check box checked. To add the trigger for channel points go to your button on your deck. Right click it. Edit Triggers. Click +. Select Twitch Channel Points. Then select the redeem you want

Is there anything I can do on SAMMI that I can't on a elgato stream deck? If I already have an elgato stream deck can I still use SAMMI and use it in conjunction to my stream deck? Like instead of the SAMMI stream deck app I use my elgato stream deck instead.
I have added a sound effect and converted it from mp4 to Ogg, but there is not sound. Not sure what I'm doing wrong :(

First, rotate the phone lol. Then add a background image, make the buttons a good size for the phone/tablet and start adding images and colors to the buttons. Update the button images when they are pressed... I'll make a video :D

I want to run a filter on a camera, it works but then it freezes! I can't find the command via OBS to put the camera back to normal.

You should. SAMMI has 100s of qol upgrades, new features and bug fixes. Lioranboard 1 is not compatible with the latest OBSws and Twitch new API.
Maybe one day a program won't have to "own" the Channel Point Redemptions to edit them, one can dream right?
Only Twitch can change that. It's literally impossible otherwise.
That is one ugly app but it's competition I guess. Nothing I will use based on the ui alone but thanks for these videos, good work, keep'em'comming.
I see the use of Streamerbot but I am not a big fan of sammi. I am happy with Lumia stream and streamerbot
