On ncert pg no 128 Cell envelope and its modifications: They have given that outermost is the glycocalyx but as of in next para there is a line saying that plasma membrane interacts with the outside world. How come the plasme membrane able to interact with the outside world... Can u pls explain mam?
Glycocalyx prokaryotic cell ka outermost membrane hai . Jbki eukaryotic cell me specially animal cell ka outermost membrane plasma membrane hi hota hai na . Aur animal cell k case me plasma membrane hi outside world se intract krta hai na . Isiliye Aisa likha hai. I hope you understand 🙃
