My husband is a US Citizen and he petitioned for his Parents. They have been residents for 5 years and the lady that helped us file the paperwork said she included the minors at that time they filed for there residency. It appears that she never did and now they are 22 and 24 years old still unmarried. Can you please let me know what we can do or need to do. Thank you. Looking forward to having your support and guidance.
Thank you for your question. We will answer it on the show. In the meantime, if you would like a consultation, email us at info@lawsb.com or call us at 1-800-529-5465.
