Corn starch is a bit of a debatable topic. Many people suggest using NON-GMO corn starch. If you have trouble with corn you can substitute tapioca starch or even arrowroot if you would like.
@@ThrivewithArthritis There is not a huge difference. The tapioca starch can give kind of a stretchy feels so some people like it for the "cheese pull" but I don't think it works like that. Corn starch is easiest to find so I use it in most of my recipes because I don't want newbies to have to get a bunch of different ingredients.
