This is one of the best videos I’ve seen all year! Really captured the essence of the tour experience, rather than just quick edits of the highlights. I’m glad you didn’t rush or overly edit it. The complexity and intricacy of the structural engineering is astonishing. Especially considering the fact that all this occurred before computers or even electronic calculators. I’m also amazed that the workers did such a consistently good job installing the thousands of rivets. Given human nature, it would seem that there’d be at least a few workers who were having a bad day, or were nervous working at such a height, and would’ve done a rush job on a few rivets. And that those rivets would pop off and fall to the ground a few years later, potentially causing structural damage as they let loose. The bravery of the chief designer is off the charts. To have the confidence that it would support it’s own weight, would survive wind pressure, that the foundation would support the weight, and that it would be safe enough to support the weight of hundreds of people, over a century later, is simply incredible. Also, I’m glad you did the brief selfie because I was wondering how it was filmed. Cheers!

It's crazy to imagine a tower more than twice as tall was planned for La Defense in the 60s, with a deck 600 metres high - that would have remained the world's tallest structure for decades & decades if it were built.

When I was there I took the stairs the first two levels. No waiting line there. I wanted to take the stairs all the way to the top, but was not allowed due to the security regulations. (Narrow stairs that's also the only fire escape from the top.)
We had an express ticket that avoided the lengthy wait prior to and after security. August was hot when I guess this video was shot. We were there in August.
It exists in an underground city, where the boss lives. Power lines, and electricity also exists there. No roads, the people teleport from one point to another, the city is designed without roads.
@SmileyVideography Omg, i had the same thoughts as you when i read the comment. I was hoping someone would reply with an explanation to this, but i guess nobody knows what's going on in this strange comment.
Well, you're braver than me . because There is no way I would put my camera outside the fence on a stick on the top floor just in case I dropped it.. When I was there I took the stairs the first two levels.
No waiting line there.
I wanted to take the stairs all the way to the top, but was not allowed due to the security regulations.
(Narrow stairs that's also the only fire escape from the top.)
😮😍 amazing video
Thank you for watching 🤗

12:03 her "Hallo, liebe Leute" made me feel right back here in Dortmund 😂
Yeah the voice announcements are made with different languages and they are in loop all day.
In an instant, the eiffel tower came to my mind and I searched, I bought a ticket to Paris about 2 hours ago, wait for me, EIFFEL!!!
Enjoy your time there, and dont forget to buy tickets in advance if you to visit Eiffel sommet or Louvre Museum.
We had an express ticket that avoided the lengthy wait prior to and after security. August was hot when I guess this video was shot. We were there in August.
I have been there mid July. What do you mean by express ticket? Is it online ticket?
It exists in an underground city, where the boss lives. Power lines, and electricity also exists there. No roads, the people teleport from one point to another, the city is designed without roads.
No idea what you are talking about. But Thanks for passing by and watching the video 👍🏽
@SmileyVideography Omg, i had the same thoughts as you when i read the comment. I was hoping someone would reply with an explanation to this, but i guess nobody knows what's going on in this strange comment.
12:21 respect for the man in the AC/DC SHIRT respectfully waiting for them to take the photo!

@@SmileyVideography are you can make a video of Louvre inside?
I do have 1 video for louvre museum inside. Check my other videos 😉
Well, you're braver than me . because
There is no way I would put my camera outside the fence on a stick on the top floor just in case
I dropped it..
Enjoyed this vlog though
I went there with the school years ago but it was too windy for us to go up to the top floor we had to do with the second one.🇬🇧
Appreciate your nice feedback! Hopefully you come back in a better weather and you will get to enjoy the panoramic view.
Thank you 🤝🤝🤝
I unscrewed and stole a bolt from the top that holds the metal cage on. I still have it somewhere 😂
and what will you do with it. It's not an ancient relic.
