I love those pools, I haven’t been down that way this spring yet. But I fished pool 8 a lot last spring and hammered some big girls. I hope you catch some this year

I only fish walleye until they pike and bass start biting but I do enjoy fishing them

I’ll most likely be out as well, I’ll probably see you out there then. Debuque is the way to go right now just because the water is low and the fish are more spread out. Current seams arnt as close to shore as they were last year with the lack of current. Been averaging 40 fish a day everyday this week. They love it

Not at the first spot but at the beginning
At the beginning I was using a debuque rig with a plastic and minnow, otherwise I throw acme plastics
