So nice to see the whole dive including breath up from second diver perspective. 👍
Great video! I enjoy the relaxed longer format without all the yelling and hype. Love the respect that you are showing the fish and harvest.
Glad you enjoyed it! Really appreciate the feedback and thanks for watching!
@@BradenSherron just please don't start those ASMR weird videos becoming trendy.
Watching your vids on 4K is just amazing regardless of the water clarity. So raw and those snappers are just crazy abundant in the 2nd rig. Keep those greats vids coming Braden. Stay safe you'll spearos out there.
Really Appreciate it Chris!! Great to hear you’re enjoying the videos. Means a ton!
Well, I should thank you for sharing your awesome and fun spearfishing dives on youtube. It's very inspiring. The video details, the random and basic safety tips from you, the raw but well edited videos are very helpful for beginner spearos like me is just priceless. Again, thank you for sharing them. You are living the dream Braden. Keep safe bro. A big fan here.✌️
We call the bait hanging out of that snappers mouth a moonfish in pcb. They’ll fin you pretty good
the big camera is amazing! really captures what its like to be in the water!

Great content bro
Very majestic 🇯🇲🫡
so much fish near the oil rigs ...
The best dive spots in the Gulf!!
Good job
i forget what color, but if i remember correclty if red snapper meat is weird colored it means they are mal nourished, if the meat is white with not much blood line or somthing its good eating one.
Really good footage .
Glad you enjoyed it! Appreciate you tuning in!! 👍👊
Love your videos man shout out from Australia ❤
Really appreciate it! Glad you enjoy and thanks for tuning in 👊
Your videos always slap. Love it
Really appreciate it 👊👊
Dang loosing that double roller is a heart breaker. I just got my new 7mm wetsuit in today and gonna be doing some sheepshead spearing this weekend!
Definitely..
heck yeah!! 👊👊 7mm is legit
@@BradenSherron thanks man, you are a real inspiration, I have always been interested in free diving and spear fishing and your videos have been very helpful. I started last year and the deepest dive I have made so far is 65ft, hoping to get out in the gulf and dive some wrecks this summer!!
@@BradenSherron I'm gonna try to record my dives this weekend with the GoPro and put them up on my channel
That camera when u get the lighting right is so clear it's amazing need to work more on positioning with the sun coming into the water and u will get clear shots always
Definitely makes it pop!
Unfortunately though there’s quite a decrease of quality due to compression of the video vs straight out of camera you’ll notice more when the lighting isn’t the best.
❤❤❤ full mntp

Red snaper day❤
👍💪
Great Shooting with gun and camera
Really appreciate it!! 👊 thanks for watching
Thanks for the awesome shots. Watching you dive at 24:20, I notice you aren't clearing with your hands. What is your technique for clearing?
Glad you enjoyed!
Clearing my ears with I guess you’d call ‘no hands’ equalization.
Can’t really describe it in words off the top of my head but just kind of figured it out/ started doing it..
Pretty similar to frenzel clearing which I usually do just without holding my nose closed.
@@BradenSherron , that is awesome. Thank you for the response.
Sheep head is good ❤
seems like spearguns need a depth inflation co2 bulb in the handle
or a Bluetooth panic button on the belt.
any hobby r.o.v people could be fun video
We went out of Mansfield and fished a couple decks. We had more than one sickly looking reds. ?????
Not sure the cause.. other than maybe being hungry I’m not sure lol
Muito top seus vídeo ta de parabéns que tamanho de arma vcs usam ai
Using 120cm on both the roller and my 2 band setup.
The last shot was a 38 “ midhandle.
Really appreciate it 👊
Muito bom O Video. ABRAÇO E PARABÉNS
Does your buddy not have any weights on him? Didn’t look like it. You need to come dive out of Freeport or matagorda with us sometime.
Not for the suit he’s wearing. It’s a closed cell suit he’s had for a while so it doesn’t make him buoyant enough to need weight..
You all are brave to bleed your fish's while you all are in the water.
Bro enjoyed your video a lot just subscribed. I like your boat, can you tell me what brand it is and how many feet is it.? Looking forward to your next video.👍🐟🐠🐡🤙
Glad you enjoyed! Really appreciate it!
This is a 25 panga made in Mexico.
If I was to recommend one I’d check out PangaWarehouse.com
Are those black stripes sea bream?
Question, how do you guys handle mask sealing with facial hair? I've tried all kinds of things but wondering if you've figured out a secret.
Vasoline!!! You can see the little container on the bow before we hop in!
Just add a bit to your mustache and it’ll seal it up. Will have to re apply as you get in and out though.
Also a fix in a pinch is chapstick. That’ll work if you don’t have vasoline.
@@BradenSherron , oh my goodness... I cant believe I never thought about vaseline. Thank you so much for this tip! My sinuses are going to be so grateful.haha
best spearfishing? nothing beats where I live the Great Barrier Reef bro 😂
Read the full title lol. Best spearfishing for snapper I’ve ever had to restate
love it though bud your style, but I don't trust the rigs😁@@BradenSherron
Not asking for gps coords or exact locations obviously, but what state are you diving out of and roughly how far off shore? I went to a rig 17 miles out of Galveston this last weekend and visibility was no further than my outstretched arm. Wondering how far I need to go offshore to get shooting visibility.
Oh yuhhhhh
👊👊
Is this out of Port Aransas?
What kind of camera is the big lense? I just got the olympus gt-6 but its not a big lense
Sony a7s3!
@@BradenSherron awesome! Thank you sir
How big is the RA roller?
120!
how much weight you dive with and what mm wet suites? nice fish
Weight depends on what suit I’m wearing, and how deep we’re diving. This day I’m wearing a 3.5mm, however it’s stretched thinner to probably more like 1.5-2mm because of years of use. & for weight I have 3 lbs.
Thank you 👊
Try a razor.
Why are they charging up . Do they see fish moving away and it gives them a opportunity to take one .
A couple were chasing smaller snapper.. guessing being territorial. Others I guess just coke up from curiosity after seeing us.
Why don’t u keep the ribs and the cheek meat from them big ones that’s the best part
I want to o
Demasiadas palabras y poca acción
I dont understand you guys.. what are you seeking of?
Food
With all due respect, I really enjoy your video, but the way you are taking the fish life with a knife in the head is really violent and aggressive, i'm pretty sure they did feel the pain, it's already hurt with the spear, just take it outside the water and leave it be, hope you consider my message.
