In this video, I'll show you how I made my own air purifier. For this purpose, I used a 3D printer and a small DC motor.
The filter system consists of two universal filters. The first one collects larger impurities, the second one filters more precisely. There is no HEPA filter at this stage. After building this device, I noticed a few design bugs which I will fix in the second version. Currently, the filter works 24 hours a day, I check if everything can withstand it.

Hello! The device seems to be working great, but there's something you can change for the next ones, as the air velocity is slower in the center of the blade, so is the pressure, as the blades tries to push the air back, it will return from the center, reducing overall efficiency of the device. To increase efficiency and pressure, design something in the middle of the blades in order to avoid air returning from it, it will also reduce noise. I recommend getting inspiration from those inline air duct fans. Nice project by the way!
