Nidaros Cathedral is a cathedral of the Church of Norway located in the city of Trondheim in Trøndelag county. It was built over a 230-year period, from 1070 to 1300. It is built over the burial site of King Olav II, who became the patron saint of the nation, and is the traditional location for the consecration of new kings of Norway.

I’ve since eaten up everything I can find of hers, music, interviews, etc. I’m into metal and other harsher music genres and she counterbalances that. You don’t hear Aurora, you feel her. Nice job with the reaction.

I understand that they were very supportive and if Aurora came home with pretend friends, they would set a place at the table for her buddys. In a live video she recorded after a Conan O'brian show, she had to watch her self back. and she genuinely said "do i move my arms that much when i'm performing?!" So you are 100% in saying that her movements are involuntary, for a while she didn't even know she did them :P

"I want a woman who is more powerful than me". I really appreciated your talking about the devastating effects of patriarchy. Men are destroyed by it, too. We are meant to be a team, complementing each others' strengths. How can we do this without being our best selves? And how can we be our best selves if we kept in a strange and destructive state? Brilliant and inspiring to me what you took away from this exquisite song.
Yes, she completely disappears into every song she sings, every time she sings it. So often we see herself shake herself back out of it at the end. And, OMG, yes! It's not the people who are going through actual hardships doing the complaining, but the people who think they are going through hardships.

Actually Fil - since the word decadence is misused it’s quite the perfect word for those other artists -“moral or cultural decline as characterized by excessive indulgence in pleasure or luxury.” The actual meaning. Sounds right to me
Aurora on the other hand -ethereal, inspiring, unique. I’m not sure there’s a perfect word to describe her & I wish she got the attention those others did -especially the women of the world - take this as your inspiration & we can rule the world with Mother Nature & nurture every life.

You are one of the most articulate reactors to Aurora's performances. I believe that the best people on our planet at the present time are young women who, by their actions, display what we can and need to do to ensure a brighter future. Young women such as Aurora, Greta Thunberg, Malala Yousafzai, Jacinda Ardern (New Zealand is setting the standard in so many respects) and Sanna Marin (Finland one of the happiest nations). PS If you haven't yet decided on an Aurora favourite, try this, "Through The Eyes Of A Child" from the Nidarosdomen concert (th-cam.com/video/ncG9zTzsisE/w-d-xo.html). For her winning personality, try these from TikTok "How To Attract Guys" (th-cam.com/video/OCrfapIdqGA/w-d-xo.html) and "The Tale Of The Blueberry Muffins" (th-cam.com/video/XGQGk72xDYg/w-d-xo.html). Also you stll haven't done something from the magical HAIK concert, "The Seed", "The River" and "Daydreamer" are all more powerful than the official clips that you have already looked at.

I'm very late to watching this so you may have changed your mind, or even addressed this at some point but I feel like it needs to be said in case anyone else is reading the comments as late as now.
The conversation about the patriarchy made me very uncomfortable. One of the reasons being that Aurora has openly discussed how she hates that we can't embrace sex and sexuality, and comparing two women against each other (Aurora and Megan Thee Stallion) is feeding into the patriarchy. The idea that songs or conversations about sex or making money isn't "the right kind" (this is not a direct quote from your video, but rather what I felt was implied) of way of fighting the patriarchy is exactly why we need them.
I love your reactions and how indepth you are with them, but please understand that these types of comments are dangerous. It's pushing the idea that women like Megan and Cardi B are "bad" people for the way that they express themselves, which is not what Aurora would stand by. Now, I'm not saying you have to base your opinion off of Aurora, but it's a very weird juxtaposition to talk about other artists like that whilst complimenting Aurora who, by the way, openly talks about how sex shouldn't be demonised, has spoken about masturbation in interviews and even wrote something recently about how women are considered the devil if they express themselves sexually. "We get sexualised by the world, and yet shamed for being sexual."
You may disagree, and that's the beauty of the world, we don't have to agree on things. However, I do find having an opposing opinion provided can help us elaborate on our thoughts in our minds.
Now I'll go back to binge-watching your reactions! ☺️

Man, you don't need to stop the video all the time. Your face reacts for itself, sometimes words are not necessary, it can break the vibe of the song.

    Filípe!! TL!DFR!
You look great, as usual, of course, but as a chronically underweight person myself, having to literally hold onto the weight I am at by the freaking skin of my hillbilly teeth, I find myself hoping that you too have the gift (curse) of a hummingbird's metabolism (to complement your goldfish attention span), because otherwise, my friend, it would appear that maybe you have your camera on the wrong setting & accidentally hit the 'subtract' button as opposed to the 'add' 10 lbs button. (please tell everyone else that was my feeble attempt at a joke; I don't actually believe there is a camera button that controls this; everyone knows one controls it with their mind).
Now, it's not that I am unaware that you are a brand new daddy, who has chosen to again revamp his channel's aesthetic & to post twelve times per day, as if it were a sustainable schedule.
I am married to a maniac with an almost identical work ethic, who thinks at a healthy age 43, that he should still be working just like he did at 18.
I hope you do not take this as anything other than what it is, which is simply concern for your health & wellbeing.
You seem just as lively & passionate as you usually are, which makes me count myself as blessed every time I watch a video of yours. I just hope you are not undermining your own joy in music trying to put out as much content as you possibly can.
Please make yourself & your family your priority above all else (of course you are already doing that, obviously), I just mean don't let the material & the need to gain subs & then to please us gluttonous beasts once you get us, dominate or be a detriment to your health.
Sorry for the fishwife rant. I think I'm probably nagging on you as a proxy for my mate who, after 24 years with me, is super facile at hearing that 'wahwahwah' a lá Chuck B.'s teacher & 'yes, dear'-ing me until I eventually shut up.
No matter what, Filípe, I adore you, I adore every aesthetic you have pursued thus far, & I adore the heart you put into your work.
I also think you are, by far, the literal best reviewer on TH-cam, head & shoulders above all others.
And I will never never forget that you opened your mind & heart & ears to my lifetime favourite band, who I may feel ever so slightly disconcerted with at the moment, but for whom I will always hold the deepest respect for, above all others, because of the purpose of their music, which is to save the lives of troubled(all) children.
    Muchlove, suki

On the topic of patriarchy, among countless other discussions, maybe give Jordan B. Peterson a listen. I think his intellectual investment into it and his spoken word on it inspires and provokes thought and introspection on an order of magnitude that I've not before experienced.

I have and it’s incredible. And I agree with everything he sais. JBP is a massive inspiration in my life. I also have all of his books. ☺️
