I would recommend launching in 2nd gear manual mode, then throw it into drive after launch. Make sure to brake torque to 2.5K RPM
Also, launch in 4H and add sport mode if you don’t have it in your BL. I have a Ford Performance tune on my 2.7 and can do 0-60 in 5.66 seconds. I’m in the process of doing a lot more and have a thread on Bronco6G if you’re interested.
Anyway, I just put a RaceChip on top of the Ford performance tune and did 5.3 0-60 and 8.7 in the 1/8 and 13.8 in the 1/4 mile. The 1/8 and 1/4 are uploaded to the dragy app and are verified if you’re curious.

Wow, that's impressive numbers. The only thing I have done is use Forscan to add Sport Mode to my Badlands, but wow, sub 6 seconds in this beast is impressive with just the Ford Tune etc.
@@panzer948It feels like a different vehicle. Even my wife said how much faster it feels. Says I need better brakes 😁 she’s not wrong. As crazy as it sounds, I’m actually shooting for high 4 seconds 0-60. Have some other goodies lined up in the next few weeks. As it stands it will beat a BRaptor and Wrangler 4XE
Nice job Krista! I am sure you are getting better. I wonder if the Florida heat played a roll in those earlier tests since it looks rather mild on the days you did the latest! I am still just running Sport Mode in my Badlands (thanks to Forscan) but may need to invest in one of these tunes soon!
Kind of like on WKRP in Cincinnati tv sitcom. The DJ Johnny Fever did a reaction test. The more he drank, the better his reaction times.

Even without the procal my 2023 2.7 took 3 tanks of 93 before it seemed to have gotten the full hp increase from the 93 octane. Even my son noticed it was getting quicker. I can imagine how much better it would feel with the procal tune. The tire size is changing the final gear ratio

Once again i see you ate your wheaties this morning, you handle that big tire so effortlessly. And you dont even vet your shirt dirty. As far as the weight. The way I look at it all the mods on the Bronco dont even add up to having a chubby passenger . But either way another great video!!!! I saw a flash cal on one of your vids last year to do alot of stuff double horn, bambi mode ect but it only was for the 22 and under. I wonder if it has been upgraded for the 23 yet? If so please let us know. 💪💪

This is nothing new. Tunes take time for the engine to recalibrate. I swap my LM tune in my 2022 2.7 F-150 all the time. It's always "slower" until it's driven a tank or two. E85 tune is a BEAST! On 35's and 91 Oct my truck runs 13.1 qtr. Haven't gotten a chance to try my draggy on the E85 tune yet. (my truck has 400lbs of extras in the bed too.) Still get 20 mpg city. The 2.7 is an amazing engine
