Yeah, pretty sure tha the Keys of Elysium are axes. Also funny you just maxed out the shield skills, because you can (with the insane +10 to all skills). When you switched to a shield build with teh Golden Shield of Pelaron, it works really well!!
Hi. I have a question. 'weapon base damage becomes elemental' maximum 100%? Rune mastery Transmutation level 10 = convert elemental 99% Then, the 'weapon base damage becomes elemental' option attached to some items is meaningless to Rune. I don't need to wear convert elemental item to raise +1%, right?
@@LughSamildanach Hmm okay. I don't know that the conversion is 100% maximum, so I've been collecting conversion elemental items. I found out by accident from a Steam community post. I also think 99% is enough. I have to give up some attack option when I wear conversion items. thanks info. :)
If one item scales levels of skills, its likely they all do. Edilon shield summons Outsider. Could you end up with a bunch of Outsiders running around as well? I've only got 1 piece of revenant armour, the plate, the chest piece. Any suggestions on the best way to get more? I don't use outside programs. So I'm farming the tomb by the Valley of the Kings.
You'd think so, but this is not the case. The VAST majority of skills granted by items do not scale with level. What happened is that the developers of Atlantis came up with a new template for jewelry that either by design or oversight allows the skill on this item to scale. It's also necessary that in addition to the new template, the skill on the item in question must have the different skill levels defined AND that the item is not already at the maximum level defined for the skill. We tested the setup over on the official Discord several months back. The only other items that had any real benefit to scaling + skills were Theia's Sight and Teeth of Lotan. Neither of which were as universally useful as Holy Symbol of Baal. Teeth of Lotan actually has the same skill and scaling but it only triggers if the enemy killed is under the effects of Plague, so it's less universally viable. I was the one who initially noticed the scaling. Credit to Psixii who was the one who figured out the mechanics of the new template. Credit also to Jproxy who was participating in the testing while we were figuring out how it worked.
Lugh shows off the places to find Revenant gear in his previous video. My favorite is in the Eternal Embers secret passage. The refresh ability does not refresh skills granted by items. Sadly, that means you won't be getting more Outsiders from Eidolon.
I had 3 once with my meme build using the axe and shield that each can summon an outsider, along with the one from Spirit mastery skill. It was fun, but a weak build.

It is 99%, so if you want to get 100, then yes you need another piece of gear to get to 100. I don't think it matters very much, 99% is enough.
