    This was SOOOO good!!! As a dancer who has lost a lot of flexibility this was a challenge but I feel amazing after!!! And it was so calming!

      I'm one I've been doing everday and not getting flexible but I wanted to give up but my mind telled me don't then the next day I kept going and getting flexible each day

    I used to absolutely HATE stretching, now this video is a solid part of my nighttime routine that I really looks forward to. It´s calming, it feels amazing on my body, helps me improve my flexibility and it just has a sort of meditative feeling to it, apart from the lunge section, that one always leaves me panting hahah

      Yes! I always hate stretching, I don’t have any of my splits anymore, so Im always embarrassed at class because I was one of the most flexible. My class usually rushes stretching for splits, so I want to be able to have my splits regardless of thorough stretching!

    I am actually the least flexible dancer you can imagine and this helped me so much. I have been doing this every night after a mad fit dance party workout as a warmup and before a Alivia middle split routine. My splits are a lot better and I just feel better going through my day the next morning. Thx so much girlie.

      I feel like I am 6-8 inches lengthier, real stretched out =). Thank ya Kayleen! This was seriously relaxing yet invigorating. I have a Hockey goalie background which obviously differs from yours but I found this rather useful for regaining my flexibility. Been following this video several times a week as of recently. I notice you have a lot of strength balanced with your high flexibility. So awesome.

    im a home dancer who learns kpop choreography and i usually dont stretch a lot but after i dance i start to feel sore so im gonna try to stretch now

    I quit dance when I was younger and I could not find a stretching video to follow along to for the life of me. I would just stop after 5 minutes, but THIS. This flooded me with memories of when I used to dance and it felt like I was a little girl again. I didn't have to think, just follow. 10/10 will be doing this again.

    Hey Kayleen, I just wanted to give a super big thank you for the video! I’m 16, this is my first year taking real dance classes (self taught til now) and I am in love with dancing but never thought I’d achieve anything as regards flexibility.
    I found this video and immediately loved it! I love being able to shut my brain off and just relax and stretch. Stretching before was hard for me as I’d do it myself and I wouldn’t feel relaxed. This is so so relaxing I love it and will probably do the whole routine almost every day!
    Finally, I had not been doing well stretching over Christmas break but got back into it with this video. Day 3, I was in the left splits!! I never thought I’d ever get my splits! And then day 5, I have my right splits!! (Still working on box/middle splits) Consistency is key! A big thank you again!

    I’ve tried so many strength and stretch videos this summer to stay flexible and this one is by far the best. I don’t usually comment on videos but this one i felt i had to! Not too much where you’re exhausted after but not too little where you feel nothing. It’s the perfect in between where you feel motivated, calmer, and more flexible afterwards. Thank you for this video!

    I danced for 5 years, freshman year until freshman year of college. Dropped out to join the military, and dance stretches keep me agile! Love the video, great stretch routine. Reminds me of the good ol days!!

    I am a dancer and i’ve been stuck in the same place with flexibility for a while and i struggle with my middle splits so i find these stretches helpful overall and hopefully ill get closer to my middle splits with deep stretch sessions like these, thank you!

    I just turned 60 y/o and realized that while I exercise, I haven’t reached my fitness goal of owning my splits.     Yes please keep up stretching routines! I am an ex-dancer, older now...44. I have been searching for a routine or channel to follow along with. I want to regain some flexibility and keep up my mobility. I know what to do ,but like you said I just want someone to tell me, lol. Please think about a progressive routine that is not too easy but helps an old dancer regain the flexibility they lost. Ty!

    Needed to modify some of your moves to accommodate my arthritic joints, but this routine is quite lovely! Your voice was so soothing throughout! I also use a towel to help me with some moves and I am very conscious of when I breathe in or out...makes or breaks my ability to stretch effectively! Thanks for this!

    This was amazing! Due to the pandemic, I stopped dancing and stretching, so I lost a lot of my flexibility. But this was really good and is definitely gonna help me get back into shape!

    I abseloutely loved this 5/5. I hadn't stretched in 2 months 😬. So I could feel my flexibility slipping away and desperately needed to stretch even though I hate it. I started looking for videos and didn't like them and then I found yours. It made me feel so good during and after the stretch. Your narration was amazing you didn't talk too much but also said supportive things at just the right times. Bonus you actually taught me a few new things! I didn't expect that at all! I had never heard of stretching in a jazz split and the way to get your splits by lifting up your back leg is gonna help me so much! Also you talked about sickling your feet in the butterfly stretch I didn't even know you could do that (and I was doing it) and almost every time you mentioned aligning your hips mine were certainly not where they should have been it was not something I thought I was doing. I obviously loved it and will be doing it much more with this video :).

    As a dancer, quarantine is so hard to deal with, i have gone through LOTS and LOTS of stretching videos, and this was just amazing. I felt so relaxed and good, i felt like i was really stretching and for the first time actually having fun of it

    Ever since my past neck, leg injuries this was very difficult for me but mostly it was fun and I’m trying to make my body active and flexible again :)

    This felt great I’m going to try to do this stretch everyday because I definitely feel more stretched, my right spilt has never been as low as it got today with doing this stretch. Thank you this helped a lot

    Thank you for this! I started dancing in 2015 and stopped in 2017, and just last October, I got back into it and this is going to be a really nice stretch routine to do throughout the week.

    Excellent video! You do lots of positions that aren't very common in yoga but are so good for trying to obtain the splits, my favourite pose!

      Aw, yay! So happy to hear that!! Every person has different needs depending on how flexible you already are/how many years you've been consistently stretching/how often you're dancing and using the range of motion.
      I did a shorter version of this (like a 20 minute version) 3x a week for about 4 years and that kept up my flexibility. BUT I also only did very light stretching for a couple months after knee surgery, and I was able to get back to my current flexibility really quickly.
      Kinda depends on your own body and circumstances!

    It's been 3 weeks since I started stretching with this. I always feel so "loose". I'm not very flexible but I definitely think this is helping me A LOT

    i havent been to dance since covid started, which was when i just started to get flexible, and i sadly lost all my flexibility over the year but i’m going back so i’m trying to get some of the flexibility back :)
