Lunar New Year Celebration Brunch Buffet in Vancouver

- A very happy Lunar New Year to you and yours! This is a year of the dragon and I can't think of a better way to celebrate the Lunar New Year weekend with a celebratory feast! And it gets better because this is a Chinese Buffet with Dim Sum and Seafood congee along with a selection of roasts and potstickers; and to help me tackle this mammoth meal I have my good friend Kristine joining me.
While it's not a Vegas style buffet all the dishes and offerings were top notch. Here's to a health and happy new year to you all!

This buffet looks pretty low end and average to me for the price, even for me as a US visitor, top of the Vancouver revolving restaurant buffet was much better
@@rawasianchicago I visit Vancouver often and totally agree this is overrated buffet with average food selection, thanks to Tim and these videos, this buffet was clearly not worth it with that pricing.
Tim, Xinnian Kauile. The Conji looked very tasty. Spring roll and fish looked great. Your friend Christine very lovely. I liked and was amused, pleasantly so, how she hot footed it ahead of you for second plate. Nice dessert plate. Best

Happy year of the Dragon, Tim. A lovely buffet with very nicely prepared dishes. Sometimes less is more and smaller buffets can be more relaxing and easier to navigate. I truly enjoyed this episode. 👍🏻🌹👍🏻

Tim was so hungry that he called the duck barbecue pork at 13:24 😅 all of the food looked amazing, I would love to try everything. I'm really sure you guys enjoyed these delicious foods👍🏼

Koto Buffet at the Red Hawk Casino in Placerville California?
They,have an all you can eat lobster & seafood buffet for $59.00 on Friday from 4:00-10:00.
You,have to make reservations and it is an 90 minute time limit.
Saturday,is also seafood night-but lobster is excluded!

I'm getting repetitive I think but every place you visit is great the decore was beautiful and even more so the food and i have to say that was some very good looking veg on your second round so that was some really good looking green to draw attention away form all the other dishes and I think i would have poured that left over ginger syrup on the fruit you had at the end if i had a go at that buffet...did I mention everything looked lovely

Happy Lunar New Year , Tim! This buffet was nice but way overpriced at $60US! It was worth no more than $30-35US but you have to pay $30 extra for the Hyatt name! Where was the Peking duck, shellfish, lamb? The only premium dish was the Chilean sea bass! 98% of the dishes were run-of-the-mill Cantonese that most neighborhood restaurants offer!
It’s a bit of a hotel style Chinese food celebration. Nothing compared to that of its Vegas counterparts during the Chinese new year…
