I like your chihuahua in the background. I have 2 currently. A third was the pack leader even though she was super tiny. I owe my life to her. She died in 2002 at 15 years of age. They are such great companion dogs.

How much will you charge for the complete repair? Will u deem it necessary to replace the broken bag connector that mates the dust bag to the fan housing?

I’m Not sure what to charge: if the connector is broke then it will blow dirt and dust into the air

The local "trusted" vac repair shop told my senior mother they'd do it for $250.00... she almost did but I stopped her and you are saving her, hero!
So if I dont have Permatex Gasket sealer, what are some other options? How about that shelf/vase tack putty you can get at the dollar store??

Stuck with a stubborn shaft. The armature keeps turning EVERY time I hold the fan and try to remove the shaft.
