It’s very difficult when we suffer with depression, and it totally destroys us,please remember you are not on your own we are one big family on this page and here to support each other, it’s difficult to accept that life is not going to be pink fluffy clouds every day and we have to allow for setbacks, however it within ourselves we have the ability to move forward and get things back on top, you are probably like me the strongest person you know. It helps me stay positive and that everything is possible as long as you want it hard enough. I've been through hell and back the last couple days. But somehow I will get there.
