She’s a watercolor bender
I was thinking the very first paint bender. Either way, the clothes were very fitting.
Katana already inkbended in the series one time so it's not something special.
@@dariusurbanovic6797 Katara merely used it to dump an ink well to get the guard to leave the room. I'm saying Mei would revolutionize it as a new artform in the ATLA universe.
Regarding your palisman(broomstick), they're always animals. They can remove themselves from the staff and walk around. I loved the pencil, though. Very cute.

For your owl house character, she could be in a coven that is often over looked at the school. The artist coven. Where witches and wizards use their magic to create.
Doesn’t even have to be a school coven - there are hundreds of other specific covens mentioned to exist in Covention, like the ‘tiny cat coven’, so there’s almost certainly artist covens out there.

The colour palette that you chose for your Steven Universe gem reminded me of Amazonite, a unique gem that changes from green to red depending on the light it is seen in.
Watermelon Tourmaline is pretty, too! Has that been used yet?
@@laurenhodges6411 it was, watermelon tourmaline is the gem that used to be the Pufferfish but now she is one of the uncorrupted gems. She has a round body with spikes.
I kinda like Amazonite for your Gem persona.

For your Steven Universe character name, there is a pink and green gemstone called Watermelon Tourmaline. You could drop the watermelon part, and change the spelling so she is called Tourmeiline. Great drawings as always!
As soon as she started coloring, I was like THAT'S TOURMALINE!!
There's already a gem called Watermelon Tourmaline; the Pufferfish gem.

I love it when people draw themselves as if they were characters in a show! All three of these drawings look awesome and I can believe that they are actual characters from the show.
My favorite is the Avatar: The Last Airbender one since I love anime/anime-like shows.
For part two, maybe you should draw yourself as a Pokémon character or an MLP character.

Honestly I can't imagine you as a villain but at the same time it could be a nice change of pace to try to think about it. Like using your powers for evil or something... Ooh drawing yourself as a villain, hero and sidekick. That could be interesting.

These were incredible. I really love it when people draw themselves in different art styles, since its almost like your a part of that world. Yourself drawn in the ATLA style was my personal favourite drawing from this video. Your Owl House self is just so adorable and it shows that your having a fun time being a witch as well as looking like you be be best friends with Luz, Eda and King. Your Steven Universe self just has a sense of whimsy, a cheerful demeanor, and just has the presence of a wild card (since you could fit as either a good guy or bad guy), plus you look amazing as a gem. Your ATLA self just has a cool martial artist feel to it, as well as looking like an expert bender and I really love how colourful the outfits, and the fact that your character is a colour bender is very unique and seem s to be really fun. Great job as always Mei and I can’t wait to see what you draw next

Mei, your art is amazing, it actually inspires me to draw. I think being a water bender that adds paints and inks, or even natural plat material in a pinch to your water to make art, you could be like Toph where during the day you're an artist of note in your city, but at night you're an underground graffiti artist, and you use your art to push movements of equality for people who feel oppressed due to inequality, or mental health (I really need to get your book "It's ok to Cry"), maybe you are part of a noble family where your art style must be one specific boring kind and you can't stray from it, so you use your graffiti at night to show your true artistic talent and use it to help people? (I could write a story on this all day long)

The pink on her Hexside uniform suggested to me the Abomination coven, which makes me think of sculpting animals and abominations that come to life at her command.

Ok, first, I loved the pencil broom/staff, I could totally see that version of you using spells like Sai (from Naruto) uses ink ninjitsu!
Second, when I saw the colours of the gem in her hand, I immediately thought of a Mystic Topaz, so maybe she could be called Mei-stic Topaz? 😁
And finally, loved the colour bender idea!
Maybe you could turn yourself into a Dreamworks Troll? 🙏🏻🥺 I could totally see you as maybe a Pop or K-pop Troll!
Could you draw yourself in a Disney style?
Drawing yourself into cartoons and animes...technically Mei Yu there's no cartoon or anime you can't enter via this method. These three versions of yourself fit seamlessly into each animated world. Your only limitation is your imagination as you have no limitation in artistic talent. As for which other cartoon or anime series to draw yourself into my suggestions are in no particular order Dragon Ball Z,Pokemon,Monster Musume,High School of the Dead,Death Note,and Thundercats.
In Dragon Ball Z I'd say you could draw yourself as an artistic inventor who can turn anything she draws into reality basically bending it to your will somewhat like Zeno can in Dragon Ball Super. In Pokemon you could draw yourself as a Pokemon trainer with an interest in catching and training pokemon who are very colorful or have a coloring ability. The pokemon Smeargle comes to mind as your pokemon since it has a paint brush tail. In Monster Masume you could be a monster girl of your choice with a color motif. I think a chameleon monster girl would suit you best as chameleons can change color at will. In High School of the Dead you could draw yourself as an art teacher who survives with the other characters in the zombie apocalypse using your art supplies as weapons against the zombies. In Death Note you could be the new owner of the Death Note replacing Yagami Light and having to keep Ryuk supplied with delicious apples to avoid using the Death Note. In Thundercats you could be a member of humanoid felines who's escape pod arrives belated to the planet they land on. Considering what felines were selected in the series your choices in order not to duplicate felines would be to merge yourself with a serval,a caracal,an ocelot,or a Chinese Mountain Cat which I believe suits you best Mei Yu. Doubt all these suggestions will make it but if one does manage to make it then it would be very nice.

I’m currently re-watching The owl house on Disney+ and I’m waiting for season two to be released on Disney+ in Sweden. Also it’s my birthday tomorrow.

I love to design myself in different universes, and shows! ^^
I've designed myself as a Sailor Scout (named Sailor SunStar, since I love the stars!),
a Winx fairy (star powers of course), and as a Fairy Tail Wizard too! (I'm a Cosmic Wizard there :D)
I've gotta do some designs from Avatar too later, when I get my new tattoos designed!
All of these designs look amazing and they'd fit perfectly in each show. The colors are also very delightful to see, especially the outfit and flowing paint in the "Avatar" one. Plus, I love how you included art material into your designs, like the pencil palisman (aka the broomstick) for "Owl House," crystal pencil in your gemsona, and the aforementioned paint-bending in your ATLA self.
As for other self designs, maybe you could do a "Futurama" robot, "Flintstones," "The Mitchells vs. The Machines," or "The Ghost and Molly McGee."

With your Steven Universe version, it looks like Rubellite before it is completely mined out for the hot pink looking stone they're known for, and ATLA, definitely a Waterbender that revolutionizes art in that world~.

This reminds me of your draw yourself in 10 styles. The first one, I have never seen or heard of Owl House but I really like the broom pencil 😊 the second one, she looks like a power ranger but in a good way, and I’d call you Prisma. Because like the rainbow it casts, you are colorful! The third one. I love her outfit and she looks like a happy but fierce water bender. Most colors are from some kind of liquid so that made more sense to me! This was so much fun! Can you turn yourself into a DND character maybe? Or someone in Sonic universe

Hey!!! Amazing!! The owl house character: she is using the abomination color. In the show the color of the sleeves show the classes tou take at magic school. The abomination track enables the user to create beings made of some kind of substance (like muk from pokemon). Nice :) the chances your character has an artistic side maybe could be like live pottery :) about the steven universe gem, what do you think of Moonstone for the name and gem? Color bending sounds interesting :)

Something that Mei does so well that a lot of other artists I've seen struggle with is capture the style of other artists amazingly well. Hats off to you, Mei! Mei yu is a good name for the Avatar version. Maybe if she paints an animal she'll gain control over it. And draw or paint things into existence. Just like Amaterasu from the Okami game. (I have that game on switch its really cool.)

When I saw Avatar the Last Air Bender in the thumbnail, I immediately thought of you as a water bender. You can mix all sorts of paint by water bending it!

I would like to recommend Ruby from RWBY and Hilda or Twig from Hilda as either character drawn in different styles or as one of the styles a character is drawn in

For your next video regarding this challenge, may I recommend you drawing yourself into Detentionaire. (a TV series about a 10th grade teen boy [named Lee Ping] who gets detention at school followed by grounding at home for an entire year! All this happens when he is blamed for pulling off the biggest prank in high school history on the first day of school, but he’s innocent; so now he has to “break the rules to prove he didn’t break any rules.”) Seriously, you’ll love the artwork of that show, I know I do!

The moonstone was never mentioned in steven universe and it starts with M, aswell as the gem seems accurate to an actual one so you can name your character that ! 💕
