Considering how far out of your usual artistic genre JoJo's is, you did a fantastic job of it. Sometimes it's good to try new and contrary things in art. I usually have a cartoony style, but I tried painterly style last time and despite not being a great work of art, I had fun with it.
I had no idea jojo Ariel was something I needed till this
Jojo Ariel is cursed and nobody can tell me otherwise.
I'd love to see a Totally Spies Style. That was one of my favorite shows when I was little. :)
Also, loved seeing Ariel in so many different varieties.
The "Jojo" version of Ariel and Flounder looks boss, the "Bratz" and "Danganrompa" are nicely done, the "Transformers" and Picasso were creatively unique, and the ones for "Spongebob," "Owl House," Dr. Seuss, "Pokémon," and Puddi all look adorable.
Giving ariel a crop top instead of a sea shell bra in the bratz style was a nice touch and would fit with the style really well
I absolutely adore the Danganronpa version of Ariel. I mean, one of my favorite parts of the Danganronpa style is how detailed and yet simplistic looking it is. Personally, the pose was perfect too, and I can totally see this version of her being the curious character who ends up getting 𝘵𝘰𝘰 curious, leading to her unfortunate demise. That's just how I see it though.
I could see that, or that her curiosity ends up helping solving the cases with details others overlooked originally and she ends up being one of the final survivors.

JoJo's Bizzare Adventure is my favorite anime and I was just thinking the other day that I'd like to see Disney Princesses in the JoJo style! Thanks Mei!
The drawing styles are truly on point as usual, simply perfect, now (fun fact) Ariel's tail is more of an aqua-teal/sea-green mixed hue created specifically for her, this color/hue is literally named "Ariel", something to keep in mind next time 😁 have a sweet one! ✨
Ariel was a great choice for episode 10. My fav was Dr. Seuss, but I'm really glad you did Puddi Panda! I think I might have suggested Puddi a while back? I thought about it at least.
The transformer is AMAZING!!!! I never would have thought a cross over could be done.

I like all of the styles because it took a lot of thinking, researching and designing to come up with the final results. I always tried to create OCs in different game and show styles, but it was hard!

Smurfs, diary of a wimpy kid, Arthur, the Flintstones, Danny phantom, pink panther, looney tunes, courage the cowardly dog, catdog, pinky and the brain, scooby doo, recess, the wild thornberry's, doug, my scene and Kim possible.
I absolutely adore your 'Draw in 10 Styles' series because it's incredible how you translate the characters' features into the chosen style while still making them recognizable as the original one.
Ariel looked so cool in all of these styles! My favorites were the Pokémon, Owl House, and Transformer styles.
Congratulations on your book, and I hope you continue with this series.
I love all your artwork! The way you feather blend your colours is so nice! However, watching you ink your line work is probably one of the most satisfying things to watch!! So clean and fluid!! Love it!
The Dr. Seuss one is probably my favorite of them. Would love to see you tackle the Ed Edd n Eddy style for one of these, lol.

You’re a really great artist! I love all of your designs for Ariel. All of them are my favorites, especially Danganropa Ariel, Trainer Ariel and Puddi Panda Ariel. She’ll have fun having adventures with all of them. Btw, your Puddi Panda Ariel looks so cute and adorable!!! I just want to hug her!
My favorite one this time hands down is the Transformers Ariel. She's so uniquely interesting! My head-canon for this one is that she jumped into the Spring of Transformation (I think that's what it was called) and became an Autobot for a short time.
I also really like the Puddi style. Unspeakably cute! But they're all really great! The linework job on the Jojo one was awesome!
Forgot to mention that I really loved the Dr. Seuss styled one too! So accurate!

You should put your Ariel Puddi design in one of your comics! Like "If Puddi met Ariel..." type of thing. The story is he is scuba diving, and meets Ariel. I hope you'll be able to do that 😁

I cannot chose between these, they are all so cool and I loved Bratz as a kid. If you do another of these videos, then can I suggest the MC Escher style, the Picasso style reminded me a lot of his work and it could be interesting to see him that way. Also Puddi Panda is so cute, I love his ears and eyes.

Although Puddi himself wasn't the subject of this reinvisioning a character in 10 different art styles it was nice to at least see his art style make it into 1 of the 10 selected art styles in this challenge. I'd have to go with the Ariel and Flounder Pokemon version from these 10 art styles as my favorite. Honorary second place to the Puddi art style. As for art style for a future challenge of this type may I suggest a vintage anime from the 70s known as Speed Racer. As always great artwork Mei Yu.

Would love to see Leiji Matsumoto's distinctive style, as in Space Battleship Yamato, Galaxy Express 999, or Captain Harlock. He was huge in the 70's.

It's so cool to see how you push the different styles! If you need new styles, I recommend the Ace Attorney anime style, or something inspired by the Lore Olympus Webtoon style. Maybe even something inspired by the Idle Tentacles comic style?

Danganropa Ariel is so strong and beautiful and Bratz Ariel is so nostalgic. I’d love to see Totally Spies added to the different styles that you choose from I loved that series as a kid but I still watch Totally Spies now.
Dr. Seuss and Pokémon are definitely very nostalgic for me. The 1 character in 10 styles is my favorite series for sure. It’s so cool to see a character that I know and recognize transform into different worlds. Kinda makes you wonder what the other characters in the show would say when she showed up lol.
good Picasso style very hard but looked really good so well done. muscle Ariel looked so intimidating as well she could probably just hug Ursula to defeat her lol.I also really liked the way you did the Transformers Ariel but I'd probably call her Seascreen instead as they all have rather odd names, I could see her turning into a submarine as well as a plaine and helping Optimus Prime to defeat Megatron in epic battle.

I love how she mentioned people rediscovering her after year I subscribed in high school (I’ve graduated COLLEGE two years ago) and just looked at the videos again remembering why I subscribed in the first place. She is an incredible artist, it’s mind boggling how a big animation studio hasn’t snatched her up already. I know a 9 yo girl that is getting into drawing and I have a feeling Santa might get her one of your books for Christmas 🎅🏻❤️❤️
