I bought one and returned it, it cost $50 in shipping to return it. Not enough power for indoor shooting, apparently it will work for fill light but I wasn't able to use it for a main light indoors. If anyone is going to try it I would order it through Amazon, B&H, etc where the return shipping will only cost $12. It also took Stella about 3 weeks to refund the credit card after they received it. Amazon would have refunded it as soon as it was dropped of and B&H within a few days.

How long did the lights last. How many extra batteries did you have get.

Battery is built into the unit, will as about 60 minute at 10,000 lumens. Plenty of time to do a shoot since we turn it on and off as needed. At lower lumen levels we get hours out of them.

slinging the rope over rock that way does not appear to be safe. Doubt anyone who was taught rappelling would do it but since her weight is barely on the rope, it was not an issue. rock can cut into the rope and make it snap under too much strain.
