Wow never saw a P42 with such rust and weathering, awesome looks like something hit it as there are wrinkles behind the big rust spots. Great video makes me miss my hometown now that I live on Vancouver Island...
lexmarks567 Good observation At the 19:00 mark there is another double ended train with 10 cars I guess they ran out of 200 series control cabs FP59 #559/ 564 are the few locos that faces West. All the others face east. Caught this pair later that day at Port Credit on the Lakeshore West Line. Haven't posted that video yet.
Ken Gansel Thanks. It was a cold day and shooting with your gloves on is a lot harder than with your bare hands. The camera I use is a Canon VIXIA HF R21. It uses a CMOS image sensor which seems to improve colour. I also think the mic gives great sound. It is an old camcorder, but a good one.
Josh Eldridge There is a balcony at the end of the skywalk that connect Union station to Skydome (Rogers Centre) You want to be at the Skydome end of the walkway.

I wanna see how fast a train can run through those complicated octopus switches
Great video quality! The new GO livery still hasn't grown on me...
46:25 You notice this a Thomas and Friends All Aboard for Friendship Wrap on one of the GO Transit Train Cars?!
nice video sir
Some of those locomotives ( VIA and GO ) look pretty rough
When VIA P42s sound their K5LAs make the B Major 6th chord
around the 5 minute mark not everyday you see a go train with a loco at each end

@@123selkirk kinda late but I think it’s because one F59ph can’t go as fast as an MP40 so they need 2 locomotives to make the train go fast
