I was wondering how the "direct normal" illumination is recorded in the "ILLUMINATION RANGE" chart. Wouldn't those values depend on the space in which the data is recorded? Do we have any way of knowing what that space is?
I believe that Energy Plus weather data is all based on typical meteorological years (TMY). This weather data is pieced together using single months from different years. Therefore the weather files don’t contain complete years, nor multiple years. There may be other types of weather data, compiled by year, that CC would be able to open. I’m not aware of these sources though.

Is it possible to plot graphs for specific years like 2007, 2008, 2010 .. Or does it plot for typical years in the climate archive?
