3:50 I believe his loan included a mandatory buy clause if Chelsea finish in top half of the table. So no you can't recall him, even if he'd be willing to play for man u again
The most fundamental thing in a system like that is the Wing Backs if the Wing backs don’t do what they’re supposed to do the system completely fails and it’s a specialist position we need to bring in specialist wing backs or we won’t score goals
@@TheCasual_Fan No i think we stick with his formation/system so the players that are gonna be here long term can get used to the system. I agree that we badly need a Central Midfielder and i also think we should play Amad as a Wing Back for now as he seems to be the only one capable of doing it and there’s just no threat without a capable wing back
Also great analysis BTW. Out of respect for you I won't mention the R word for a few more games and see what happens. I hope you're right that they won't. BTW take Liverpool over 2.5 goals.
Amorim has to change, or it's a fight to stay where you are in the table. I'm sorry to say this, but you're just not better than Eagles, not at this point. With the minus five goal difference offense from your "wingbacks" in his system, Toffees can easily draw against you, and they have 8 draws so far. Wolves just won against you. Ipswich Town just took 3 deserved points from Chelsea, and wait until they're really fighting to stay up. You can beat Foxes and Saints 100 percent, yes, but will you? There's no guarantee of a winning result, not with these players, not with how ugly they're playing, and not with this new formation, unless you buy two natural wing backs literally next week. You're in a relegation fight, Troy. It's insane to say it, but Saints are the only win you might have until March 15th when you play Foxes. Those two wins give you 28 points...in March. Be prepared to stare into the abyss, if he stays with 3 in the back.
I don’t know. Think it’s not really as bad as everyone’s making It seem out to be. I think the main problem is conceding from set pieces and it ruins the confidence in the team. in open play We’re actually the better team we usually have more possession than our opponent in every game recently except for the wolves game we also beat Everton 4-0 with this system, so I’m know we’re capable of beating them and even though Man city are struggling recently they are still a very good team and we beat them with this system so I know when executed correctly it can work. The teams obviously not good enough to be competing for trophies or even top 4 but it’s much better than relegation in my opinion
@@TheCasual_Fan Manchester United is a richly storied club whose history is the history of the league itself, it could be argued. I am happy to be proven wrong, Troy. Thanks for the great discussion, and (as always) the excellent content. Happy new year and good luck.

Damn that sucks

Would you change the formation short term since we don’t have the players?

This is demonstrably correct.
he should definitly not change his system, he needs to change the players who are shit
How many signings do you think we would need to bring in January to get through the season?
@ at least 3 ideally. and get rid of Casemiro straight away as 350k a week for a pile of shit is a joke
Really good video man! I felt like I was actually listening to a proper United fan.
I would totally keep Ruben and his formation.
Thank you brother ❤️
If he can't change his system to suit available players then he is a 💩 manager....
Its hard to find the right system when you don't have the right players unfortunately this will take a few seasons to fix.
Stick With The 3-4-3 or 3-4-2-1 or What is it i Believe in Amorim
You need to see the news that INEOS have put a ban on transfers in January.. rant video required sir.
He needs to stay with his system that worked in Portugal. The problem is ownership & 90% are dogshit. This isnt his fault.

Nope. He should not change.
Newcastle have removed the clubs soul
I feel like the wolves game was worse lol
It's going to get worse and worse until the end of our existence
Get that out of our goal ….. we need a real goalkeeper
Like a deago costa
I i agree
He should be sacked... We don't need a hipster manager..
What makes him a hipster manager?
Give him time
But to be for real he is a hipster maneger
