- DirectX 9.0
"When it says you have to install dx9 while you already have it installed."
Solution:
The DirectX installer is designed to check if the required components are already present and only install the missing ones. So run the installer.
Sometimes, even if you have a newer version of DirectX, a specific game might need a particular older version like DirectX 9, so running the installer for that specific version is necessary.

I don't think it's possible with Halo currently. The player character is chained to room center so if you move away from it then odd collision will happen.
The VR mod is open source so if you know anything about coding then you could possibly fix it, but this is pure speculation.

I'll include solutions I missed to my replies under the pinned comment.

Correct. There might be a native Quest port hopefully in the future but we'll see.
