What do you mean by Top Mncs ? Startups provide same number of holidays.
It may vary in startups. In some startups people have to work on weekends also so it varies largly in startup some of them might give more then this but some of them wil give lesser holidays according to the work load
The case is similar for the so called "MNCs". These are just companies.
