Today's Bad End is a little bit of a special one, we've got two methods of triggering it. The first one you'll see is the timeline where Shirou completely fumbles his interactions with Rin, so we've got less than 3 affinity with her. He'd rather ask Kirei for help before helping Rin. Wait a second, I swear we just saw Caster torturing Saber in the Church before this part... oh no. There's a second method of triggering this in regular gameplay, but you also get the option to look for Rin as well. Both methods are identical, you'll just get new dialogue for not having points with Rin. Don't leave too early, Taiga Dojo #21 is included as well, and Taiga's actually here this time! I have special memories of this bad end. When i first played this game i wasnt using a guide but i knew there were two endings based on your affection with saber and rin. I wanted the saber oriented ending so i did all the saber choices before this.... only to get trapped in an endless loop ending up at this ending. I tried everything by myself to try and avoid this ending for hours until i finally gave up and read a guide. Suffice to say i was mad as heck for wasting so much time lmao 😅
@@MrInuhanyou123 I understand you, some of us will want to get more points with Saber, including me. Adding that to consider her dire situation, to be enslaved, be tortured and humilliated, while Caster shows some nasty and wicked intentions, it could gives us a reason to go the Church, with the possible idea that we could rescue Saber earlier.
Well, regarding bad end #21, to consider that was showed that Saber, Caster and Kuzuki are in the Church, its pretty obvious that come here inmediately will be a suicide, as Shirou is still recovering from a wound, he is alone and defenseless, while Caster has Kuzuki and a submited Saber, making a suicide to be rash in go to the Church.
I mean, in his defense, Bad End #22 brings up a good point, Rin diiiiid tell him to come to the Church if he had questions! @@BackloggedYGO Well, you have a point, because even if we saw before this that Caster already took over the Church, its a knownledge that only the players knows, while that since perspective of Shirou, it could be maybe a good idea come to the Church, as he isn't aware that this place was taken over by Caster, making him think that Kotomine was still here, and he could ask for support to the arbiter to deals with the "cheating" of Caster. Shame that his already dire situation, will get worse for come to the Church.

I think I got one bad end near the tail end of Fate my first time round, then I've got the guide up mostly for the viewer experience here, haha.
The fact there's a skip option for parts you've already read is a godsend, I would've been trying to get this for hours without it.
