This took me around 24 days to create start to finish, working on it everyday for 6-13 hours a day. My friend started playing Elden Ring and eventually told me about a player that defeated the hardest boss for people. Naked with two katanas and a pot on his head, I thought it was so cool. So because of that, I started playing Elden Ring and racked up over 200 hours in a month 1/2. I enjoyed making this. Might make a part two down the road.

Failure is an effective teacher. Malenia never knew defeat, therefore her skills stagnated like her rotted body, while the jarheaded tarnished grew and developed from struggle.

It's even worst now. I met the guy in the DLC and his gear is even lighter than against Miquella. He fought Radhan with Dryleaf Arts, basically old style gloves for martial arts. It was insane...

@@io.universe5403 that's may be, but combining 2 better things makes 3rd one way better. Besides they are buddies all I suggested was learn some better stuffs from Diego. No doubt about it that they are better in their own, they both have some flaws if they want to achieve some next level sht then they need to fix these flaws that's all.
I love the little frost effect at 1:06 to show that the off-hand uchigatana is cold-infused. Great attention to detail! :)
Also the Waterfowl Dance at 0:36 has some water sound effects.

@@myfriendbro I don't play the game but the lore goes something like this: The Melania boss is one of the hardest in the game because she regenerates. At some point a player called "Let me solo her" appeared (you can summon other random players to help you in a fight) and he proceeded to repeatedly beat her on his own (with the original player that did the summon just watching). He did this so many times (people summoning, he shows up, bows to signal a duel and proceeds to wipe the floor with the boss, while wearing nothing but a pot and a loincloth) that the name became famous on forums and later the internet at large. There were people cosplaing the guy at cons at some point. There is a video link in the description to the more in depth story if you want.

I mean, 6-13 hours is an insane amount of time but the quality of this video looks like a major animation studio has worked months on end.
That's amazing! I loved every second of it and had goosebumps. The animation quality, the little details... just fantastic.
I hate to shit on this animation but while I think the actual quality of the models and scene is very high I don’t think the actual animations have the same level of fluidity that I would expect out of a major animation studio

Because modern studios want to put in as little effort as possible in everything they do
@@Digger-Nick the animations here are pretty clearly not as fluid because they’re using some 3d rendering software and rigging the characters which is very common in 3d animation but it doesn’t have the same level of handcrafted perfection as each frame being made by a human. There are still lots of ways of making 3d computer animation look good but it is a lot harder and time consuming especially for one person and it also requires quite a beastly computer with a shit Ton of storage to render super high quality animations with perfect fluidity of motion. Do while I do not blame the artist or want to shit on them. The actual animations (aka the movements of each model) do not look as fluid as a big studio as a big studio has many different people who can specialize in one area of 3d rendering or have multiple people working on one project. While sometimes big studios put out animations that look like shit 99% of the time that’s because of time or budget constraints or other limitations and not the abilities of the artists.

I love that the evades look so cinematic but also like an actual player is playing. Definitely needs a part 2 and you should also think of doing a fight from Sekiro!
