- To be the best you have to learn from the best. UFC Lightweight Guram Kutateladze has taken that literally as he travels to the YOKKAO Training Center and gets to work with the YOKKAO Fight Team. When it comes to developing your stand up shake who better to learn from than the GOAT of Muay Thai himself, the living legend Saenchai! Both didn’t waste any time in getting to work with Saenchai putting on the pressure from the onset, the larger Guram found himself defending against the GOATs rear kick and incredible footwork. Saenchai is known for his flashy techniques but there’s a reason he is the best of the best. His fundamentals are immaculate and this is clear evidence of this. As Guram adapts to the change in stance and scoring he begins to repainted with his own rear kicks and playing to his strengths with sharp boxing combinations. A true clash of styles all with incredible respect and control throughout. How do you feel you would fair in the ring with Saenchai? Let us know in the comments below!

The fact that Saenchai makes seasoned pros who are probably a decade younger than him look like amateurs is a testament to just how incredible this man is.
Absolutely one in a generation.
I mean you can't compare mma striking to muay thai. MT fighters are on a whole other level, and saenchai is one of the best
@@ezraabbey It's not fair to say the other art is "another level", I think they're both built for their rulesets, MMA striking is slightly weaker in pure stand up, just because the stance is taking into consideration double leg takedowns, etc. and MT fighters have only focused all their time on stand up since there is no ground game.
We saw this perfectly in the Rodtang V. DJ match as an example. MMA is a more complete martial art and there isn't an argument for that.
I have huge respect for Muay Thai though, imo best striking martial art.
@@unknownentity8256Only when rule sets apply. In a street fight, Muay Thai is, in my opinion, better for self defense. Ground game is good against single opponents but terrible against blades. At least in Muay Thai, 1 kick will break their femur and can’t advance towards you. lol. But in the ring, MMA for sure takes the cake depending on the fighter and their ring IQ. Not to mention stamina and durability against a Thai.
@@unknownentity8256nowadays it’s more about high level striking and high level grappling alot of gets caught up in styles alot of mma fighter are out striking others Dj rodtang and Frannis fury
@@traceurs619As someone who does MT, I disagree. You're bringing up blades to fit your own biased narrative and make up your scenario. If I brought up guns, then both styles are useless. If I brought up a long staff or a baseball bat, then muay thai is the worst option
It's like 2 good buddies just having a nice friendly session. The fun, friendliness, and humility is just through the roof here. Much respect! 🤟
Seeing these two trading punches and kicks is like watching two gentleman trading ideas or thoughts. Im not martial arts pro, but it seems that both are very respectful in trading deadly kicks and punches. So entertaining to watch
Guram is good but Saenchai still got it 🔥🔥
Tum yaha bhi tum Muay Thai ke fighters ka analysis to nahi karten
@@filmyman935 Haan Bhai abhi nahi karte, jese channel grow karega to aur leagues jese one FC aur martial arts jese Muay Thai b cover hoge 💯
Guram is a very nice guy.
He is the Yoda of martial arts. Small and old but strong and knows every technique in the book. Hell, he wrote half the book
I watched this video with a big smile on my face.
Greeting from Georgia ✊Love to see these two together
I hope Guram can learn and come back strong with a UFC victory next time
LEVELS above and Guram is no joke
productive sparring with no ego!
Guram-lagenn 😂
Saenchai ❤
Beautiful spar sesh
It's wild how even at this age, Saenchai looks like he's barely trying but still outclassing an elite level striker.. just shows how there's levels to this game.
Gurams jumping leg kick at the start of the round was cold
that's saenchai's move
@@locke8412 yes
my fav moment is when he says SAIBAI
🔥🔥🔥
It's just good for,his kick.
Usually Saenchai is on the receiving end of people who go hard in sparring.
Guram is holding back while Saenchai throws hard kicks.
Great session anyway. Looking forward to their next fights.
They're not hard kicks at all for someone with a conditioned body. They're fast but he ain't putting any weight behind them at all. Controlled sparring imo.
The 2 Living Legends 👊🏼👊🏼🇹🇭🇹🇭
Buakaw vs Saenchai in next 2 days 🔥🔥
Guram magari kaci
Saenchai was smart he hit the same point on his forearm probably killing his punching power
🔥🇹🇭
โคตรแข็งเลยครับจารย์ เขี่ยขาเขาไม่กระดิกเลย😅
saibai!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I heard "sidewayy" 😂
@@PeanutButterCoffeeBread he might’ve said that too lol. Saenchai switches between Thai and English a lot when he’s sparring loudly 🤣
Imagine getting called a soy boy every time u get kicked
Geez, Saenchai looks ready for war here lol. I guess he's been training pretty seriously for the fight with Buakaw indeed. Playful as always but the intensity is different.
He's kicking his arm a little hard
Sore forearms from shin forearm 😂check in the morning
2 hari lagi
Saya menanti anda dengan buakaw❤
What does „Sai bai“ mean?
Sai Pai = Left kick, Kwa Pai = Right kick
Go left (punch or kick)
Means relax
@@bryant8520nah that’s “sabai”, it’s a different word and common phrase
@@bryant8520 That's sa-bai = relax
What he said was "sai-pai"
Sai = the left
Pai = go
Which means the left go(attack)!!!
The next time come with your friend KHAMZAT CHIMAEV
no.
