thanks so much Simon - delighted you're enjoying our videos and great to hear from you. We're looking forward to flinging open the cooking school doors when we can! Hope all well with you. Best wishes, David and Holly
HI Lynn - thanks so much for your lovely comment and we're delighted you're enjoying our videos. We love a good Spanish extra virgin olive oil and for many years have been using the one produced in a tiny village in the Alpujarras where friends of ours live. Sadly we can't get hold of any of that at the moment so are using one from Harvey & Brockless who deliver nationally in the UK. Link below - hope that helps. Hi Joshua - thanks so much; we're delighted you like our videos; more every Thursday. The Bushman Santorini oven which is the one used in this video is around 60cm internal diameter and the larger Bushman oven to the left of the picture is around 80cm. Hope that helps, best wishes, David and Holly
@@mannadavid Thank you so much for the information. I am working on purchasing a oven am not sure of the best size. I am the “bigger is better” guy but that is not always practical ($$$).
Joshua - there are ovens for every budget but do think about size when you plan on where to site your oven - access etc. Also although big may seem better we pretty much can cook for a whole party in the smaller Bushman certainly if you use a heat deflector to make space in the oven. Also the bigger the oven, the more fuel and time it will take to heat up. So lots to think about - bigger is not always better! Have fun whatever you decide and do let us know how you get on. Best wishes, Davdi and Holly
Great videos! Inspiring me to do more. Memories of a superb wood fired cooking day I did with you in the pre covid days!
