I just finished the game today ! I used double flamethrower with the chainsaw, I just rushed at my enemies. I killed every phase of the last boss in seconds. This game is awesome.

One thing about the weight limit though, I'm pretty sure you can go over the limit it just takes a hit on your tanks speed on the ground. Fantastic video that brought a lot of nostalgia to me.

You can just download them so you dont have to get a real copy if thats what you mean by finding it. Its a little fiddly to set up but there's lots of guides on TH-cam. Great way to check out older games for free
All the levels have a lot of space to move around and the map doesn't restrict you much but I wouldn't say open world as you're still picking and loading into levels

I love how unapolagetically over powered some of the weapons in this game are, the endgame tank can be made into a monster tank that just MELTS everything infront of it, God I love Seek and Destroy its that just right kinda whacky fun. In japan its called Shin-Combat Choro-Q and is from a line of games involving anthropomorphic vehicles. IF your looking for something similar but with cars, look up Choro-Q HG 4, its just called Choro-Q in NA and PAL regions, its often called a Car-PG because it has a story and plot you can influence, fantastic game, I am unsure if its the same universe? It might be since all the vehicles in both games are penny racers (if you remember those) and some of the vehicles in seek and destroy show up in Choro-Q.

I think it relates to what region your ps1 is emulating but I'm not sure. I just used the USA one
