    Funnily enough ive only turned turbo on once and it jolted me. Wasnt ready for that lol. Plus i live in the city so never need it unless i go on the highway. But no point when theres a bike path adjacent to it. Top speed i get on gear 3 is 70-75kmh.

    Looks very stable! Dual forks seem like a must to me for "hyper scooters". I'd still like to pick up a WK GT.

    • @ScootaGang
      @ScootaGang  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Without a doubt, dual forks is superior to single stem. Obviously the drawback is the weight...but if you have a garage to roll it into, it's not an issue at all. WKGT is decent, but if you try both Kaabo and Vsett you will see the extra money is worth it for the better build quality of the Vsett!

    Dope review and editing. Also blasting thru pads on my vsett 11+ but they are cheap on aliexpress. I also switched my rotors to Magura MDR-C so they are solid. Switching to pmt’s once I burn out my stock ones. Almost done with my build it’s gonna be sick in the summer lol. Ride safe 🛴💨

    • @ScootaGang
      @ScootaGang  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Same I get the pads from Aliexpress! Not too bad if you get like 10 sets it's $50. Same with the rotors even very cheap parts. Enjoy the ride, you will love the PMT tires, honestly it's worth swapping those out even if the stock tires aren't worn out yet imo. Much much better ride with them on, which I know is hard to believe!

    I got this scooter for 3 reasons. 1. My first scooter was vsett 9+, so obviously gotta commit to the brand and be biased lol. 2. I started getting fatter and went over the weight limit for the 9+. 3. The 9+ got destroyed by an uber driver illegally u-turning and not looking both ways. Flipped over the hood, smacked onto the concrete. Damage? Literally just a minor interior pain to the hips and stomach for a week or 2.
    So i got the super 72 mid 2022. Then i had ANOTHER accident in December. The handlebar went right so i jumped off of it at 20kmh and can’t run that speed so i jumped again and twisted my body in the air in hope i would land on my back coz then the uber eats bag wouldve absorbed most of the blow, but nope, fractured my knee and broke my arm.
    So ive been unable to use it for 8 months now, my elbows flexibility isnt fully back yet. But in the past 14 weeks ive lost 14 kilos so 10 more kilos and I’ll be back to the 9+ weight limit. But my overall target is to weigh 75 kilos again (5’9” 28m) so the targeted time for that is middle 2024.

    My goodness the excitement you had while going insanely fast was quality content. I'm getting the Vsett 11+ Grey with the updated display or the Super 72 if i manage to find one in stock. I find the tire pressure monitor very interesting. I'll add that to my list of stuff to get. I have a few questions on tires. What size of the inner tube should i go for when i get a flat or change the tires to a different type? The PTM tires you recommended for 11" scooter tires should also work on the regular Vsett 11+ since it's the same model right? Do you use tire sealant for your scooter? Seems that would combo so well with the PMT tires.

    • @ScootaGang
      @ScootaGang  ปีที่แล้ว

      You should get tubes that match the size of the tire. For these 11 inch tires I use these:
      amzn.to/3Uh5CH4
      And yes the PMT tires will work for both, I recommend the "Stradale" tread pattern! If you have any questions about the PMT tires themself, I think Wyrd Ryds probably knows a bit more than I do about the different rubber compounds they have available. For most people I think the Stradale is the right choice for road use! I don't use sealant at all, I think it's a waste of money once you get good at changing tires you don't really get flats anymore (most are user error imo during install). Sure you can get unlucky and hit a nail if you live in an area with bad road conditions, but in general I think the PMT tires don't go flat very often compared to the stock ones! It's just thicker better rubber compared to the nylon stock tires!

    Hi, thanks for the review. i decided buying one after watching this. im 178cm do you think i should go for 780mm like you or 800 for handle bar? (And i noticed they have different shapes. which shape you recommend?)
    should i upgrade something about the brakes?
    any other tips like suspension settings?
    im planning to do some offroad also. do you think i should stick with “stradale” pattern or different tyre type?

    • @ScootaGang
      @ScootaGang  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Longer handlebars = more stability personally I like them as long as possible. 780 or 800 will be great.
      For the brakes you will want to get the best rotors because they will last twice as long before you need to swap them. Magura MDR-C 160 mm.
      I think stradale will be good for light off roading, if you decide to stay on the pavement, I really love the PMT t41 slicks as well, they are even quieter and softer then the stradale. I also really like the Junior tread, I have that on one of my scooters too, it's also very smooth and the tread they use in the eSC live racing league.

    • @ScootaGang

      @@mornaistar no there is plenty of clearance but it can depend on the tubes you use and how far the valve stem sticks out.
